Добрый день!
Клапанный зазор на холодном двигателе: впускной клапан 0.4 мм, выпускной клапан 0.45 мм. когда первый поршень находится в положении верхней мертвой точки сжатия, могут быть отрегулированы клапаны 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 и 10; затем прокрутите коленчатый вал на 360°, могут быть отрегулированы клапаны 4,5,8,9,11 и 12.

ВМТ тогда, когда оба клапана закрыты, впускной уже закрылся, а выпускной только собирается открыться.

В настоящий момент Ваш двигатель TBD226B-6G125 с производства не снят, но выпускается под другим «именем» WP6G125E22 с небольшими внутренними изменениями, но взамен Вашего встанет по штатным местам.
Могу Вам предложить два варианта если Вас интересует поставка двигателя под замену:
1) TBD226B-6G125 — с наработкой 300 м/час, он в наличии у меня складе, сейчас поедет в цех на ревизию, т.к. 2 года хранился в холодном складе, не совсем по нормам. После ревизии и требуемых замен, будет в состоянии очень близком к новому двигателю! Гарантия — 6 месяцев.
2) WP6G125E22 — НОВЫЙ, ожидаем прибытие на склад после 15 марта, где-то 18, может 20 числа.
Если вышлите табличку со своего двигателя, смогу сказать на 100% или 90 % совпадёт по комплектации с Вашим родным. Гарантия- 12 месяцев.

По ценам и свою электронку с контактами, выслал Вам в личку.

YC6B разработана в соответствии с рабочими состояниями трактора. Мощностью 125-170 л.с. /2000-2400r/min, подходит для использования в тракторе мощностью 110-155 л.с.

Применение технологии известной немецкой компании “FEV”, проведение конечноэлементного анализа для ключевых деталей, компактная конструкция, высокая прочность.

Оптимизация системы горения и применение регулятора скорости для топливного насоса типа 4AD95 и 4P110 обеспечивают сильную мощность, низкий уровень расхода топлива, маленькое колебание скорости колебания и большой запас крутящего момента.

Имитационный анализ и оптимизация системы охлаждения, применение объемного водяного насоса и встроенного масляного охладителя обеспечивают рабату двигателя в любом месте и в любой погоде.

Маслоуловительная чашка сделана из чугунного литья. Двигатель имеет сильную конструкцию с низкой деформацией, что соответствует требованиям безрамочного трактора.

Применение высокоэффективного компрессора в серии YC6B обеспечивает более низкий расход топлива и более хорошие выбросы.

Впрыск дизельного топлива: регулировка угла опережения подачи

Основная отличительная особенность работы дизельного двигателя – самовозгорание топлива без внешнего источника (искры). Воспламенение происходит под воздействием на топливно-воздушную смесь высоких температур и усиленного давления. При этом в полость цилиндра первым подается воздух, который нагревается до 800 0 , а затем, посредством систем впрыска, с силой подаётся топливо.

Разновидности систем впрыска топлива

Существует несколько систем подачи топлива в дизельные двигатели, каждая из них имеет свои нюансы и отличительные черты.

Рассмотрим подробнее каждую систему для лучшего понимания:

    Подача топлива производится посредством рядного насоса. Эта система используется с давних времен и является самой простой.

Цилиндр, двигающийся в гильзе, образует с ней плунжерную пару, в которой при движении вверх топливо сжимается и при достижении оптимальной силы давления открывается клапан, затем через форсунку производится впрыск.

При движении вниз топливо заполняет пространство над цилиндром и цикл повторяется. Каждая плунжерная пара обслуживает отдельную форсунку, выстраиваясь в ряд (основа для названия). Данная система из-за достаточно небольшого давления, громоздких размеров, внушительного веса, медлительности и неточности в дозировке подачи топлива перестала соответствовать ритмам современности и экологическим стандартам.

Эволюционным усовершенствованием предыдущей модели стало наличие распределительного насоса и электронной системы управления. В обновленной конструкции используется всего одна плунжерная пара, подающая топливо на все форсунки.

Цилиндр в гильзе совершает не только поступательные, но и вращательные движения. Такие изменения облегчили вес двигателя и уменьшили габариты, повысили экономичность и управляемость системы.

Но отсутствие длительной износостойкости плунжерной пары, восприимчивость к завоздушиванию и зависимость давления от оборота двигателей приносят немало огорчений владельцам техники.

Объединение форсунки и плунжерной пары позволило повысить показатели создаваемого давления, уменьшить ёмкость конструкции и повысить точность дозировки топлива.

Но капризность такой системы проявилась в чувствительности к качеству солярки, а также в невозможности ремонта, когда при неполадках требуется полная замена.

  • Аккумуляторная система Common Rail осуществляет электронный впрыск топлива с высокой точностью дозировки. Насос нагнетает давление в общую топливную рампу, от которой топливо распределяется по форсункам.
  • Это максимально экономичная и экологичная конструкция, которая обеспечивает надежность насоса и независимость давления от количества оборотов в двигателе.

    Но сложность системы и высокая требовательность к качеству топлива мешают данной конструкции достичь абсолютного совершенства.

    Почему дизельному двигателю нужен регулятор

    Для поддерживания бесперебойной работы двигателя при резких изменениях нагрузки необходимо регулировать подачу топлива. Отсутствие регулятора приведет либо к остановке мотора, либо к его саморазрушению.

    Важность опережения впрыска топлива

    С помощью устройства опережения впрыска топлива осуществляется регулировка момента начала подачи, которая необходима при варьировании скорости вращения коленчатого вала. Причем при увеличении оборотов обеспечивается ранний впрыск, а при уменьшении – поздний.

    Если происходит задержка поступления топлива, то работа мотора значительно ухудшается, большая часть тепла выбрасывается вместе с отработанными газами.

    Также необходима установка угла ОВТ (опережения впрыска топлива). Хотя не все дизельные моторы чувствительны к данному параметру, при наличии неразделенных камер сгорания некорректно установленный угол опережения впрыска горючего значительно ухудшает мощность и экономичность двигателя.

    Регулировка оборотов

    Самую надежную, практически безотказную, систему впрыска топлива имеет двигатель Вейчай. Электронное управление позволяет обеспечить оптимальную скорость подачи горючего. Скрупулезно выверенное до микродолей градуса опережение прохождения верхней мертвой точки (ВМЧ) обеспечивает бесперебойную работу и сохранность мотора.

    Если же зажигание происходит до прохождения верхней мёртвой точки, то важно знать, как сильно впрыск горючего опережает прохождение МЧ. При большом опережении (при воспламенении газовой смеси и её расширении) движению будет противостоять повышенное давление газа.

    Система регулировки пластична – она подстраивается под меняющиеся параметры и является наиболее совершенной.

    For many years, Yuchai has been a pioneer in the production of engines for all significant forms of transportation. In China and most Asian nations, Yuchai engines are found in more than automobiles.

    The Yuchai YC6108G engine powers all contemporary three-ton wheel loaders (YC6B125 is the same engine but with a different marking). The narrative is the same for forklifts. However, there are several engine options: The most popular engines for this kind of specialized equipment are the YC4108 and YCD4J22G.

    The Yulin Quantang Industrial Cooperative was founded by the Chinese government in Yulin City, Guangxi Province, in July 1951. This company, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd., was the precursor of the contemporary diesel engine factory.

    The business was first set up as an agricultural firm, with the manufacturing of agricultural tools and units, auto repair, the processing of mechanical components, and the creation of low-power machinery among its primary duties.

    The Yuchai factory didn’t take the first step toward becoming one of the biggest producers of diesel engines until 1959, eight years after the start of construction. The first Yuchai 2105 diesel engine was created and put into mass production, and for the ensuing 22 years, it dominated the market.

    The YC6105Q and YC6105QA engines were introduced in the 1980s; the latter was a significant breakthrough and launched a new line of Chinese engines with direct injection technology.

    Later, in 1991, the YC6105QA diesel engine was replaced with the YC6105QC, which was newer and more technologically sophisticated. And during the following ten years, he ended himself with a sizable portion of the Chinese engine market.

    Since then, Yuchai has created a vast array of engines and put them into mass production, including the YC6108G diesel engine, which is the most well-known and frequently used in Chinese special equipment. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of state honors and medals for achievement in the engine and special equipment industries. Additionally, the engine construction industry’s top engineering research facility opened its doors in July 2007.

    The Yulin Quantang Industrial Cooperative was founded by the Chinese government in Yulin City, Guangxi Province, in July 1951.

    The first Yuchai 2105 ICE was created and put into industrial production in 1959.

    A technical research facility that leads the engine manufacturing sector opened its doors in July 2007.
