  MP15 Operation Operation Recommended Fuel The engine requires regular grade unleaded gasoline. Use only fresh, clean gasoline. Gasoline containing water or dirt will damage fuel system. Consult engine owner’s manual for complete fuel specifications. Application This plate is designed for compacting loose, granular soils, gravel, and paving stones.

When operating on an incline it may be necessary to assist the plate by pushing it forward slightly. When operating downhill hold the plate back slightly, if it begins to pick up speed.

  MP15 Maintenance Spark Plug See Graphic: wpm_gr008620 In order to ensure the engine normal running, gap of the spark plug must be correct and no deposit around the spark plug. The muffler becomes very hot during operation and remains hot for a while after stopping the engine.

To keep the carburetor in good working conditions, please service the air cleaner periodically. If operating the engine in extremely dusty area, the job should be done more often.

Check and adjust the belt every 50 hours thereafter. To adjust the belt: 5.5.1 Loosen the two screws (a) on the beltguard, then remove the beltguard, keeping the screw assemblies captured on the beltguard.

It is important to maintain the exciter oil at the correct level and change it regularly. Check oil level in exciter every 50 hours of operation.

Конструкция MP 15

Данная модель собирается по классической технологии с использованием качественных комплектующих. Суть технологии также отражает принцип действия машины.

На чугунном основании в передней части находится редуктор (корпус эксцентрика). За ним крепится платформа с двигателем, при этом используются специальные амортизационные переходники.

Передача вращательного движения ременная и осуществляется через центробежную муфту.

К вспомогательным элементам относятся транспортировочные захваты, рукоятка управления, система смачивания.

Запуск осуществляется через ручной стартер. Активация вибрационного поступательного движения происходит через регулировку ручки газа. Допустимые положения: холостой и полный ход. Промежуточная фиксация не допускается, это связано зависимостью плотности сцепления колодок муфты от оборотов двигателя. При правильной настройке системы движение машины достаточно ровное, выхлопные газы не заметны. 

Сферы применения:

— Строительство дорог: уплотнение ПГС, укладка асфальта, тротуарного камня.

— Ямочный ремонт. Локальное воздействие на поверхность дороги.

— Ландшафтный дизайн. Устройство парковых аллей, мощение.

— Подготовка оснований под фундаменты. Послойное уплотнение песка и щебня под монолитные фундаментные конструкции.

— Выравнивание и укрепление площадок, стоянок, пешеходных дорожек.

— Трамбовка тротуарных стыков, а также мест примыкания проезжей части и бордюров  

— Эксплуатация в узких траншеях, при обратной засыпке инженерных сетей

УНИВЕРСАЛЬНАЯ ВИБРОПЛИТА MP15

Виброплита MP15 сконструирована на базе VP1550. Она относится к М-серии Wacker Neuson. Технологически MP15 аналогична основному модельному ряду линейки прямоходных виброплит немецкого производства. За счет оптимизации производственного процесса и использования некоторых незначительны упрощений, достигается более конкурентная и доступная цена. Основание сделано из чугуна повышенной износостойкости. Эксцентрик в литом соединении с основанием из того же материала. За счет представленной технологии, эксцентрик стабильно работает на протяжении всего срока службы. Двигатель Loncin-G210F – специализированный для профессиональной техники привод. В стандартную комплектацию входит система смачивания для работы по уплотнению асфальта.

Расчет глубины уплотнения и практические рекомендации

Представленная модель виброплиты является многофункциональной. Это означает оптимизацию центробежной силы для работы по всем типам поверхностей: грунт, асфальт, тротуарный камень.

При эксплуатации MP15 для уплотнения песчаной засыпки дается рекомендация соблюдать толщину одного слоя в пределах ≈15-20 см*. 

Для щебневой отсыпки этот показатель сокращается до 10 см*, причем, чем выше фракция, тем меньше должна быть толщина для обработки.

Для достижения требуемых параметров по плотности, необходимо произвести 3-4 прохода.

Таким образом,  применяя технологию послойного уплотнения можно добиться качественного результата.

*Данные по рекомендациям глубины одного слоя отсыпки базируются на приблизительных значениях и не являются гарантируемой величиной. Для контроля качества уплотнения необходимо ссылаться на измерительные приборы в каждом конкретном случае.

Уплотнение асфальта

Когда песчано-гравийная подушка уплотнена, можно укладывать асфальт. Чтобы дорожное полотно приобрело требуемую плотность, отвечающую высоким стандартам в отрасли, применяют катки и виброплиты.

Модель вибрационной плиты MP 15 адаптирована для движения по горячему асфальту.  Все края имеют закругления, и под основание подается вода (система смачивания встроенная). Качественные амортизаторы позволяют минимизировать отдачу от твердого дорожного полотна. При этом движение плиты достаточно ровное и плавное.

Такое оборудование эффективно решает вопросы трамбовки в узких проемах, у бордюрных возвышенностей, вокруг люков и на краях тротуаров.
