CARING FOR YOUR TAG HEUER Your TAG Heuer requires a certain amount of care. The following guidelines will enable you to ensure its reliability and protect its appearance over time. Cleaning Be sure to rinse your watch regularly with fresh water and soap, especially after it has been in salt water. -

Some of our watches have design features highlighted by a fine electro-plated gold coat. Over time, repeated contact with hard, rough surfaces can cause this fine gold layer to deteriorate. In normal usage conditions, the gold plating on your TAG Heuer will remain completely satisfactory. Solid gold Some of our watches are made of solid 18-carat gold. -

TO SET THE TIME AND DATE Your TAG Heuer is fitted with a screw-in crown* and safety seals which guarantee it to be waterproof. Position 0: screw-in crown* Important: The crown must be screwed in correctly to guarantee the water-resistance of the watch. -

USING THE UNIDIRECTIONAL TURNING BEZEL* The unidirectional turning bezel on your TAG Heuer, with its precision ratchet, is for the measurement of dive time. The shape of the bezel is designed for easy hand rotation, even with diving gloves. For safety, the bezel can only turn counterclockwise.

TAG Heuer’s International Warranty is valid only if the serial number imprinted
on the watch casing is clearly legible and no part of the original watch back, or
original number has been removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or
defaced. Failure of the foregoing conditions voids all rights resulting from TAG
Heuer International Warranty System.

Если одна или несколько стрелок хронографа не находятся в правильном нулевом положении, и ее (их) положение необходимо отрегулировать (например, после замены батареи).
(1) Вытяните заводную головку в положение III (все три стрелки хронографа встанут в свое правильное или неправильное нулевое положение).
(2) Держите кнопки А и В нажатыми одновременно в течение по крайней мере 2 секунд (стрелка на счетчике секунд поворачивается на 360 градусов – включен режим коррекции).

(3) Возврат заводной головки в положение I. Завершение процедуры регулировки стрелок хронографа (ее можно проводить в любое время).
Your TAG Heuer is fitted with a screw-in crown* and safety seals which guarantee it to be waterproof.
Position 0: screw-in crown*
Important: The crown must be screwed in correctly to guarantee the water-resistance of the watch.
Unscrew the crown to place in position 1.
Position 1: crown unscrewed*, normal position*
Pull the crown out to position 2.
Position 2: rapid date correction
Turn the crown to advance the date.
Important: do not change the date between 9.30 p.m. and 3 a.m. Attempting to use the rapid date
correction during this period could damage the calendar mechanism.
Pull the crown out once more to position 3.
Position 3: time correction
Turn the crown forwards or backwards according to the desired correction.
Do not forget: ALWAYS push the crown back to position 1, then screw it down* in position 0.
