Перечитал много источников и тут и форумов с других сайтов везде информация была не полная, или не совсем точная. Обычно неточности были связаны с перепутыванием распиновок фишки и разъёма, а это уже зеркальное отражение. Поэтому решил сделать более менее подробный отчёт, чтоб таким горе электрикам как я было не сложно разобраться.
Итак: Распиновка основного разъёма Kenwood
распиновка основного разъёма Kenwood
1 – фиолетовый; 2 – красный с жёлтой полосой; 3 – коричневый с белой полосой; 4 – синий с жёлтой полосой; 5 – белый с красной полосой; 6 – синий с красной полосой; 7 – чёрный с белой полосой; 8 – белый с чёрной полосой; 9 – зелёный; 10 – жёлтый с красной полосой; 11 – чёрный; 12 – красный с белой полосой; 13 – красный с чёрной полосой; 14 – жёлтый с чёрной полосой.
Распиновка фишек McIntosh:
На ГУ McIntosh имеются такие разъёмы:
Разъёмы Мака
1 ANT вход для радио антенны;
2 J704 14Р основной разъём;
3 Масса;
4 J701 20P разъём для связи ГУ и телевизора, для навигации и приглушения звука;
5 20P круглый разъём для связи с усилителем;
6 J703 8P белый восьми пиновый как на Кенвуде, сюда можно активировать AUX
7 J702 13P (Ce-NET) также для AUX но по Cе-NEТ.
Основной разъём Мака J704
1 – фиолетовый; 2 – зелёный; 3 – фиолетовый с белой полосой; 4, 5 – нет контакта; 6 – синий с красной полосой; 7 – чёрный с белой полосой; 8 – нет контакта; 9 – оранжевый с белой полосой; 10 – жёлтый с красной полосой; 11 – чёрный; 12, 13 – нет контакта; 14 – жёлтый с чёрной полосой.
J701
1 – коричневый; 2 – жёлтый; 3 – синий с белой полосой; 4 – розовый; 5, 6, 7, 8 – нет контакта; 9 – синий; 10 – красный; 11 – белый с синей полосой; 12 – жёлтый; 13 – коричневый; 14 – зелёный с оранжевой полосой; 15 – белый; 16, 17 – нет контакта; 18 – коричневый с белой полосой; 19 – красный с жёлтой полосой; 20 – зелёный.

Разъём усилителя
1 – красный с чёрной полосой; 2 – коричневый; 3 – чёрный с красной полосой; 4 – красный; 5 – фиолетовый; 6 – чёрный с синей полосой; 7 – жёлтый; 8 – чёрный; 9 – красный с чёрной полосой; 10 – белый; 11 – белый с красной полосой; 12 – зелёный; 13, 14 – нет контакта; 15 – белый; 16 – белый с синей полосой; 17 – синий; 18 – чёрный.
Установка:
1) Необходимо подготовить проводку (косу) от усилителя по распиновкам до фишки B228, всех дверей и саба в багажнике.
2) Разбираем правую часть в багажнике, все карты дверей, демонтируем подлокотник, бороду и бардачок, короче всё кроме торпеды :D.
3) Усилитель под пассажирское сидение, для этого придется открутить салазки сидения от кузова (4 болта на 17). Втыкаем фишку с косой в усилитель и круглый разъём провода для связи с головой (20P). Не забываем установить печные воздуховоды вокруг усилителя.

4) Устанавливаем все колонки в двери и колонку в багажник. Если в передние карты дверей проводки не было (у меня была), то её придется тоже изготовить там не сложно. В каждую переднюю дверь приходит от усилителя два провод + и – их необходимо при помощи разветвителя размножить на 4-е колонки передней двери вот и всё.

чтоб протянуть провода ч/з гофру, её необходимо полностью демонтировать с двух сторон, далее растянуть просунуть проволоку, прикрепить к ней провода и вытянуть их ч/з гофру в дверь

5) Провода от фишки усилителя 8, 18, 1, 9 это масса и +В. Одну массу я прикрутил к кузову, другую прокинул в фишку В228 в 7 пин. В+ подключил оба провода в фишку В228 2 пин АСС (сначала подключал их один также на АСС а другой туда же в В228 1пин В+, но в результате этого магнитола работала без ключа в зажигании и усилитель постоянно был включён. Поэтому этот В+ я тоже кинул на АСС.
Фишка В228 сюда подключены провода от усилителя 8, 18, 1, 9 пины, и оставшиеся от монитора
6) Подключаем ГУ:
Чтобы встала голова с праворульной авто, необходимо было подрезать крепление под аварийку, просто приложил Мак с аварийкой, выставив его ровно, очертил карандашом периметр аварийки, взял запас в 3мм и отпилил ненужный кусок.
Я не стал обрезать провода с фишки, вдруг возникнет необходимость вернутся обратно к стоку. Поэтому разобрал фишку отогнув её части с тыльной стороны, куда вставляются контакты проводов и при помощи иголки вытащил из неё все акустические провода 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, 13 пины, оставшиеся 1, 6, 10, 11, 14 получаются pin to pin с фишкой Макинтош. Т.к. у меня в комплекте с Маком тоже шла фишка с огрызками проводов, я её тоже разобрал, вытащил 4-е контакта с огрызком проводов: 2 зелёный, 3 фиолетовый с белой полосой, 7 чёрный с белой полосой, 9 оранжевый с белой полосой и вставил в 2, 3, 7, 9.
Пин 9 и 3 это управление магнитолой на руле, сюда проводим провода, которые были подключены в 8 пиновый разъём Кенвуда (на Маке это J703 8P только в Маке там только контакты для AUX, а на Кенвуде в ней AUX и управление магнитолой на руле и BRIGHT, которые на Маке расположены в основном разъёме). Проводим их также по цветам (они такого же цвета) BRIGHT можно просто кинуть на корпус ГУ или массу.
7 пин ILL- на массу.
Букв много, может более понятно так:
– J704.1 (фиолетовый) – ILL+ (pin to pin с фишкой Kenwood) (фиолетовый)

выделена фишка 8пин в которой и сидит управление магнитолой на руле и выделены огрызки вставленные в основной разъём (это чтоб не резать провода)
вот эти огрызки из фишки которая пришла с Маком я и вставлял в фишку родной проводки
7) Если всё работает, собираем весь пластик обратно. Не забываем отпилить карман от обшивки багажника, я это сделал аккуратно, электролобзиком, отпилив только карман без излишеств. И в передних картах дверей отверстия (они размечены на картах с обратной стороны) и вставить туда сеточки под среднечастотные динамики. Также необходимо выпилить отверстие под аварийную кнопку.

Параллельно с этим я прокинул проводку под монитор, подключил, проверил, всё работает, но о нём позже, т.к. пока я его ставить не стал, хочу русифицировать. Установил обратно БК и перчаточник. И прокинул проводку на камеру з/х, поэтому как поставлю монитор подключить не составит труда.

1. Поддомкратьте автомобиль и установите его на подпорки.
7. Снимите защиту картера.
9. Снимите крышку привода ГРМ (см. Раздел Снятие и установка передних крышек привода ГРМ).
14. Снимите опорный кронштейн крепления воздухоочистителя.
15. Отсоедините электропроводку от переднего лямбда-зонда.
34. Начинайте медленно извлекать двигатель через верх, одновременно приподнимая трансмиссию на домкрате. Немного сместите двигатель в горизонтальном направлении (для высвобождения из него входного/первичного вала трансмиссии), затем извлеките его из моторного отсека, — постарайтесь не повредить выступающими элементами двигателя (шкив коленчатого вала, направляющая трубка измерительного щупа и т.п.) окружающие кузовные панели и установленные в моторном отсеке компоненты. |
УСТАНОВКА
| Порядок выполнения | ||
|
1. Установите резиновые подушки опор подвески двигателя и затяните крепеж с требуемым усилием (34 Нм).
13. Дальнейшая установка производится в порядке, обратном порядку демонтажа компонентов. Проследите за соблюдением усилий затягивания соответствующего крепежа, не забудьте заменить уплотнительные кольца штуцерных узлов линий рефрижераторного тракта К/В. Выполните регулировку тросов привода дроссельной заслонки. Удостоверьтесь в правильности прокладки и надежности фиксации шлангов, затем залейте в соответствующие системы рабочие жидкости (см. Главу Текущее обслуживание). |

УСТАНОВКА
| Порядок выполнения |

1. Установка производится в порядке, обратном порядку демонтажа компонентов. Внимательно проверяйте состояние всех устанавливаемых компонентов, изношенные детали заменяйте. Проследите, чтобы весь крепеж был затянут с требуемым усилием (подушки опор: 34/74 Нм, ограничитель раскачиваний двигателя: 49 Нм и 57 Нм, болты крепления муфты гидротрансформатора к приводному диску: 25 Нм, болты крепления рулевого насоса: 20.1 Нм, болты и гайки крепления трансмиссии к двигателю: 50 Нм, клемма шины заземления двигателя: 14 Нм). |

Subaru — this is a car brand of large industrial concern Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. Cars — is not the only sphere of activity FHI; apart from them, the FHI is engaged in
aircraft, rail, shipbuilding, etc. The history of the group, thanks to which the light appeared Subaru brand, started in 1917.
Young engineer, aviation enthusiast Chikuhi Nakajima (Chikuhei Nakajima), opened this year in the city Nakagame Aeronautical Research Laboratory ( «The Aircraft Research Laboratory»). Aviation at
that time in Japan was not as such, but because of World War I, which demonstrated its capabilities, opened, in particular, the laboratory Nakajima. In 1931, the laboratory became a company
