Очень надежная конструкция. Полностью идентична конструкции стиральных машин Siemens Siwamat C10 (WM 5020) и Bosch WFF 1200/1201/1400, отличия только в дизайне передней панели и прошивке командоаппарата. Передняя панель — съемная, обеспечивает доступ ко всем основным узлам, требующим обслуживания.
Подвеска бака — на трех пружинах, крепящихся к боковым стенкам стиральной машины
Подшипники и сальник барабана находятся в съемной чугунной крестовине , их замена возможна без разборки и демонтажа бака. Типоразмеры подшипников — 203 и 205. Из-за повышенной до 1200 об/мин скорости вращения барабана на отжиме выход из строя подшипников на Сименс С12 случается заметно чаще, чем на Siemens C10.
