    WARNINGS This appliance is manufactured in accordance with the safety regulations. Operation against the rules causes harm both to the person and the appliance. Do not put any flammable, ignitable materials or material that may melt or deform due to the heat inside the oven against possible risks even if your appliance is not operated.

    Keep an eye on the children in the vicinity of the appliance. This appliance is not intended to be used by people with physical, sensory and mental disabilities (including children) or those who have not adequate experience and knowledge regarding its use, unless they are under the supervision of a person responsible for the safety of the appliance.

    This appliance is suitable for use at home and similar environments. Do not apply pressure on the oven door with heavy objects when the door is open; do not lean, place heavy objects on the door or handle the appliance by holding its door. Use your appliance for cooking and heating your meal only.

    ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AND SAFETY Your appliance requires a current of 16 Amperes. Have the appliance installed by qualified people, if required. Your appliance is designed for a power supply of 230 V, 50Hz. If your mains supply specifications are different from the specified values, contact qualified people Electrical connection of your appliance should only be performed with earthed outlets installed as per the regulations.

    COOKING CHART Below you may find the information about the food we have tested in our laboratories to determined their cooking time. Cooking time may vary as per mains voltage, quality, amount of the ingredients to be cooked, and the temperature. Meals you cook using these values may not appeal to your taste.

  • Page 10: If Your Oven Does Not Work

    Usage of top and bottom heaters and turbo fan is recommended while thawing. As the thawing time varies as per the weight of the food, check it once in a while. Do not cook using the rectangular and circular trays at the same time in the oven.

  • Page 11: Yogurt Fermentation And The Use Of Steam Cleaning

    CURING YOGHURT Select yoghurt mode from thermostat section while the oven is empty, set the switch to lower resistance, pre-heat for 10 minutes and start curing at somewhere else. For curing, we boil the raw milk we have purchased at 90°C for minutes, and then cool it down to 43-45°C (curing temperature).

    Using the Digital Programmer OVERVIEW OT-2000-LED-CL-X3FA6X is an electronic timing module that allows your food in the oven to be ready for service at any time you want. You only need to program the cooking time and the time that you want your food to be ready. It can also be used as a minute-programmed alarm clock independent from the oven.

    • INSTALLATION OF YOUR OVEN
      Electrical Connection and Security
      1.   THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED
      2.   Your oven is adjusted in compliance with 230 V AC, 50 Hz (for SA will be 220-240V, 50-60 Hz), electrical
      supply, and requires a 16 Amp (for England 13 Amp) fuse. If the mains are different from this specified value,
      contact an electrician or your authorized service.
      3.   Isolation switches for the oven must be accessible to the end user with the oven in place.
      4.   Should you need to replace the 16 Amp plug top (for England 13 Amp), please ensure you rewire the plug as
      follows;
      Brown wire to the Live terminal
      Blue wire to the Neutral terminal
      Yellow & Green wire to Earth
      5.   Electrical connection of the oven should only be made by using sockets with Earth system installed (for England
      B.S. Approved sockets with Earth system), and in compliance with Regulations. If there is no proper socket with
      Earth in place, immediately contact a qualified electrician. The Manufacturer will not be responsible for damage
      or injuries that can arise because of inappropriate supply outlets with no earth system.
      6.   If your electric supply cable becomes damaged, it should be replaced by an authorized service engineer or
      qualified electrician.
      7.   The electrical supply cable should not touch the hot parts of the appliance.
      8.   The oven should be installed into an oven housing that provides good higher ventilation.
      9.   This oven must be correctly installed and secured in place, in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and
      by a qualified person.
      10.  Never work on the oven while it is switched on. Maintenance and service must be carried out after the power
      supply has been disconnected.

      Important notices for the installation:
      1.   This appliance must be installed by a competent person and with particular attention to ventilation
      2.   The housing must be heat resistant to a temperature of 95 °C as per EEC directives.
      3.   The oven can be installed into a Standard 600 mm housing unit as shown in Figure-1, or in a tall housing unit
      when built-in a column.
      4.   In both cases ventilation provisions must be made. Keep a gap at the back of the housing unit of 85 - 90 mm
      depth.
      5.   Do not step-on, lean-on or rest heavy items on the open door, or maneuvers the oven by the door.
