SANY excavator Manuals PDF
The SANY excavator is a piece of earthmoving equipment designed for quarrying, excavation, embankment, bulk material loading, and unloading. In road, industrial, urban, rural, transportation, and land reclamation construction, excavators can also be used for loading loosened rocks and performing other work operations.
The company’s engineers have developed a reinforced design for excavators, which significantly extends the equipment’s lifespan. In addition, SANY excavators are distinguished by their high efficiency, low fuel consumption, simple maintenance, safety, low vibration, and low noise levels.
Sany SY4Sany15H
Operating weight: 41,600 kg
Power: 257 kW (349 hp)
The smallest excavator is powered by an Isuzu AH-6UZ1X engine that generates 257 kW (349.4 hp) at 2,000 revolutions per minute. The maximum speed of this machine is 5,3 km/h. Kawasaki makes the hydraulic pump and distributor, while Nabo makes the travel gear. The excavator bucket breakout force is 247 kN, and the arm cutting force is 218 kN. The platform is capable of rotating at 8.3 revolutions per minute.
The SANY SY415H comes standard with 600 mm wide shoes, a 6.5 m boom, and two options for the stick length: 2.9 or 2.6 m. The bucket is also offered in 1.9 or 2.2 cubic meters.
Notably, after assembly, the popular Chinese brand’s excavators are tested for more than 10,000 hours. The performance, pressure during the course, etc., of the major components and assemblies, are evaluated.
Sany SY500H

Power: 300 kW (408 hp)
The 51-ton SANY SY500H has a 300 kW (360 horsepower) Isuzu 6WG1XKSC-01 engine (at 1,800 rpm). It is crucial to note that the filtration system is equipped with an additional pre-filter, and the pre-cleaning system switches on automatically when diesel enters the fuel tank. As a result, the average consumption of fuel is 35 l/h.
The hydraulic system and power plant are both made in Japan. Kawasaki manufactures the primary hydraulic pump and distributors. The maximum breakout force of the bucket is 307 kN, while the arm’s cutting force is 262 kN.
The SANY SY500H is equipped with a heavy crawler, which increases the machine’s stability. The surface pressure is 65 kPa. The width of shoes is 600, 800, or 900 millimeters. Two handle lengths (3 and 2.5 meters) and two arrows are available for the buyer’s selection (lengths 7 and 6.5 m). You can add a bucket with a 2.2, 2.5, or 3.1 cubic meters capacity on the excavator.
Sany SY750H
Weight in operation: 76,200 kg
Power: 377 kW (512 hp)
The SANY SY750H excavator is powered by an Isuzu 6WG1XKSC-01 engine with 512 horsepower. The highest forward speed of the machine is 4.5 km/h, and the maximum reverse speed is 2.9 km/h. As with earlier generations, the primary components and assemblies are built at the Japanese Kawasaki facility; only the travel gearbox is of the KYB brand. The arm cutting force on the 76-ton excavator is 351 kN, while the bucket breakout force is 402.
Customers can select from a variety of bucket capacities – 4.2, 4.6, and 5.4 cubic meters – and stick lengths – 3 and 2.6 meters (750 and 900 mm). The ground pressure of the excavator is 110 kPa, and its ground clearance is 880 mm.

The Sany STC series mobile crane solves almost any problems during loading and unloading, during the construction or repair of buildings and structures for industrial and civil
purposes, at dispersed facilities, in the construction of residential buildings and bridges and laying out oil pipelines. Sany truck crane services may also be needed to install engineering
communications, conduct road and utilities, and unload and load for various purposes.
Sany truck crane has several advantages:
- Reliable U-shaped arrows with a rounded oval profile of sections provide extraordinary lateral stiffness of the shape.

Sany Truck crane STC1300S
The Sany STC1300C mobile crane uses a unique counterweight pushing technology. With the total weight of the balance of 40 tons, when the equilibrium pushes back 860 mm, the arrow’s stability can
be improved to 25%, thus increasing the carrying capacity and resilience.
Sany truck crane STC700T
The Sany STC700T truck crane is equipped with a five-section arrow, which is made of a high-strength steel structure and optimized U-shaped cross-section. Its maximum carrying capacity is 70

SANY was formed as a result of a comprehensive reconstruction SANY Heavy Industry
Corporation.
SANY was established in 1994, its forerunner is Welded materials factory of Lian-yuan city province Hunan, which was formed as a result of
accumulation of funds in June 1989.
In September 1991, the Welding Materials Plant in Lien-yuan province of Hunan was renamed to SANY Corporation in Hunan Province.
In November 1994, a board meeting was convened by the Board of Governors at the SANY Corporation of Hunan Province, which was attended
by eight board members.
At the meeting, it was decided to set up separate enterprises, according to which SANY Corporation of Hunan Province was divided
into SANY Hanyan Heavy Industry Corporation and HANYAN SANY Materials Industry
Corporation.
In January 1995, SANY Corporation of Heavy Industry in Hunan Province was renamed the SANY Heavy Industry Corporation for approval by the State Trade and Administration Administration of China.
In December 2000, the SANY Heavy Industry Company was transformed into the SANY Heavy Industry Company in accordance with Decree No. 209 (2000) of the Hunan
Provincial Government.
On July 3, 2003, shares of SANY were placed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the stock code — 600031.
On July 30, 2003, the SANY Heavy Machinery Company was formed, which included the excavating and piling equipment divisions, as well as the new materials department.
On January 13, 2004, the «SANY Heavy Equipment Company» was formed as the first step in the field of production of equipment for the coal industry.
On March 1, 2004, Sany Holding was renamed into Sany Group.
On June 10, 2005, Sany, as an experiment, successfully achieved the first success in the Chinese reform of a separate share control.
SANY uses Deutz & Kubota Engines.
