The Chinese Shacman dump truck is manufactured by SHAANXI HEAVY DUTY AUTOMOBILE Co., Ltd. The manufacturer produces three operating models of trucks that combine
German design with Chinese versatility. The equipment is equipped with a comfortable cabin and powerful motors of the highest ecological class.
In the manufacturer’s lineup there are three models:
- SHACMAN SX3256DR384;
- SHACMAN SX3256DR385;
- SHACMAN SX3316DT366.
The first is available in the basic configuration and extended with the motor of the American brand Cummins. Shacman (Shaanxi) dumpers are distinguished by high comfort. Each model takes into
account the needs of the driver, the cabin is equipped with air conditioning, a heater and even a car radio.
For convenience of the buyer Shacman dump trucks have separate marketing names:
- SX3256DR384 — F2000;
- SX3256DR385 — F2000;
- SX3316DT366 — F3000.
The names are assigned depending on the type of MAN used.
The basic cabin MAN F2000 is an all-metal insulated structure. The cab leans forward, is equipped with a sleeping place and is placed on four hydraulic shock absorbers. In the basic
configuration, the car is equipped with a WEICHAI WP10.336N engine. The six-cylinder in-line diesel delivers
336 hp / 276 kW of power at a maximum speed of 1900 per minute.
Fuel injection is carried out under pressure. The working volume of the cylinders is 9.7 liters. The engine accelerates the car to 77 km / h of maximum transport speed. The compression ratio is
17: 1. The power unit is cooled by a liquid system. The motor belongs to the fourth ecological class.

Dumpers differ in wheel formula. For SHACMAN SX3256DR384 — 6х4, for SHACMAN SX3256DR385 — 6х6.

Shaanxi Trucks Background Information
One of China’s significant automakers is Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. The business is the primary partner of the German firm MAN and supplies the Chinese military with 95% of its heavy combat vehicles.
The trucks known as Shacman (Shaanxi) are products of the SHAANXI HEAVY DUTY AUTOMOBILE Co. (Xian, China). After years of collaboration between the Shaanxi facility and the German company MAN, the brand name “Shacman” was developed.
Shaanxi Automobile Group is in the top tier of China’s automotive industry. Vehicles are manufactured with the permission of the German firm “MAN,” which works closely with the group’s factories to share technology and boost overall output quality.
More than 100,000 heavy trucks, 50,000 medium trucks, 3,000 bus chassis, 300,000 heavy truck axles, and 10,000 Cummins engines.
In 1968, when the first facility of the production group was finished, the firm began operations with the manufacturing of army vehicles.
The business started making large military all-terrain vehicles of the first generation in 1974 and won an award for their efforts.
Since its founding in 1984, Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. has been the primary facility for manufacturing Chinese military heavy all-terrain vehicles. The State Council and the Military Committee of the Communist Party of China honored the SX2150 and SX2190 military all-terrain vehicles for their participation in military parades commemorating the 35th and 50th anniversaries of the foundation of the PRC.
A new long-term collaboration agreement for the use of the MAN F2000 technology by the company’s facilities to sell automobiles across the globe was struck with the German MAN Company in 2004. In June of 2004, Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. began construction on a new heavy truck manufacturing facility.
