Насос охлаждающей жидкости
Снятие
1. Отверните четыре болта и снимите нижнюю защиту двигателя.
Момент затяжки ……………..29,6 Нм
2. Слейте охлаждающую жидкость.
3. Снимите верхнюю защитную крышку.
Момент затяжки ………. 7,6 Нм
4. Отверните 11 болтов и снимите верхнюю опору радиатора.
5. Ослабьте четыре гайки крепления вязкостной муфты.
Момент затяжки ………………..21,4 Нм
6. Снимите цепь привода ГРМ.
7 Снимите вентилятор системы охлаждения.
a) Отсоедините зажим для шлангов и отсоедините два шланга от кожуха вентилятора.
б) Отсоедините шланг расширительного бачка.
в) Отверните два болта крепления расширительного бачка и снимите бачок.
Момент затяжки ………………..5,1 Нм
г) Отверните четыре гайки и снимите вязкостную муфту вместе с кожухом вентилятора.
8. Снимите шкив насоса охлаждающей жидкости.
9. Снимите шланги системы вентиляции.
10. Снимите воздушный фильтр.
11. Снимите впускной патрубок системы охлаждения.
а) Отсоедините два шланга маслоохладителя.
б) Отсоедините два шланга радиатора
в) Отсоедините пять перепускных шлангов.
г) Открутите пять болтов крепления и снимите впускной патрубок
Момент затяжки …………………9,2 Нм
д) Снимите кольцевое уплотнение.
е) Снимите прокладку с насоса охлаждающей
жидкости.
12. Открутите два болта и снимите два промежуточных шкива.
13. Снимите генератор.
14. Снимите компрессор кондиционера и не отсоединяя шлангов подвесьте его в стороне.
15. Отверните три болта и снимите промежуточный шкив возле компрессора кондиционера.
16. Снимите натяжной шкив ремня привода навесных агрегатов.
17. Отверните 17 болтов и снимите насос охлаждающей жидкости с прокладкой.
Проверка
Убедитесь визуально в отсутствии утечек охлаждающей жидкости через соединения, канал охлаждающей жидкости и воздушный канал.
Установка
1. Устанавливаем насос охлаждающей жидкости.
а) Нанесите герметик на 2 или 3 витка болтов и наживите.
Примечание: после нанесения герметика сопрягаемые детали должны быть собраны в течение времени, указанного в инструкции по применению герметика. Иначе материал должен быть удален и герметик нанесен повторно.
б) Установите насос с новой прокладкой и затяните 17 болтов.
Момент затяжки:
болт 10 мм ……………………………9 Нм
болт 12 мм …………………..23 Нм
2. Установите натяжной шкив ремня привода навесных агрегатов.
3. Установите промежуточный шкив возле компрессора кондиционера и закрутите три болта.
Момент затяжки …………..25,5 Нм
4. Установите компрессор кондиционера.
5. Установите генератор.
6. Установите два промежуточных шкива и закрутите два болта.
7. Установите впускной патрубок системы охлаждения.
а) Установите кольцевое уплотнение.
б) Установите прокладку насоса охлаждающей жидкости.
в) Смажьте уплотнение мыльной водой.
г) Установите впускной патрубок и закрутите пять болтов крепления.
Момент затяжки …………………..9 Нм
д) Подсоедините пять перепускных шлангов.
е) Подсоедините два шланга радиатора.
ж) Подсоедините два шланга маслоохладителя.
8. Дальнейшая установка производится в порядке, обратном снятию.

Руководство по ремонту и техническому обслуживанию, подруга насоветовала. А так как читаю в метро или урывками дома, мне надо электронную. Вбила в поисковик название.
