INSTALLATION

K24 features a threaded, perpendicular inlet and outlet (1″ BSP male

and female that can be combined together). It has been designed to

be easily installed in any position: xed in-line or mobile on a dispens-

ing nozzle. In order to improve the life of the turbine, it is recommend-

ed to t a strainer before the meter itself

An F/F coupling, complete with its gasket, is supplied

for installations on male couplings. Always screw the

side with gasket on K24.

It is up to the installer to use another gasket on the

other side of the coupling.

DAILY USE

The only operations that need to be done for daily use are partial and/

pensing system of k24. Occasionally the meter may need to be con-

gured or calibrated. To do so, please refer to the relevant chapters.

Below are the two typical normal operation displays. One display page shows the par-

tial and reset total registers. The other shows the partial and general total. Switchover

from resettable total to general total display is automatic and tied to phases and times

that are in factory set and cannot be changed.

    1. Изменение
      температуры воздуха в помещении во
      время работы средств калибровки не
      должно быть более ±0,5

      удален не менее чем на 1 м от окон,
      дверей, радиаторов отопления, должно
      быть исключено попадание потока воздуха
      систем кондиционирования и прямых
      солнечных лучей.

    2. Должна
      быть исключена вибрация и вероятность
      ударов средств калибровки и
      преобразователей.

  1. Подготовка к калибровке

    1. Средства
      калибровки подготавливают к работе в
      соответствии с эксплуатационной
      документацией.

    2. Устройство
      для создания давления должно обеспечивать
      плавное повышение и понижение давления,
      а также постоянство давления во время
      отсчета показаний и выдержки приборов
      под давлением, равным верхнему пределу
      измерений.

    3. Если
      рабочей средой при калибровке является
      жидкость, то торец штуцера манометра
      и торец штуцера образцового прибора
      должны находиться в одной горизонтальной
      плоскости с допускаемой погрешностью:

    1. Внешний осмотр

      1. При
        проведении внешнего осмотра
        преобразователя проверяют отсутствие
        механических повреждений штуцеров,
        целостность стекла и стрелки. Стекло
        и защитное покрытие циферблата должно
        быть чистым и не иметь дефектов,
        препятствующих правильному отсчёту
        показаний.

      2. При
        невыполнении требований 11.1.1
        преобразователь к дальнейшей калибровке
        не допускают.

    2. Проверка положения стрелки

Проверку
положения указательной стрелки у нулевой
отметки выполняют при отсутствии
давления. Перед выполнением данной
операции необходимо отвести сигнальные
стрелки за крайние отметки шкалы, а
поверяемый прибор выдержать под давлением
в пределах (90-100)% верхнего предела
измерений в течение 1-2 мин. Указательная
стрелка прибора, не имеющего корректора
нуля, должна располагаться на нулевой
отметке шкалы с отклонением не более
предела основной допускаемой погрешности.

    1. Определение метрологических характеристик

      1. Основную
        погрешность манометра определяют в
        пяти точках, равномерно расположенных
        в диапазоне измерений манометра,
        включая начало и конец диапазона
        методом сличения с образцовым прибором.
        Калибровка проводится следующим
        способом – стрелку манометра
        устанавливают на калибруемую отметку
        шкалы, а действительное давление
        отсчитывают по образцовому прибору.

      2. При
        калибровке давление плавно повышают
        и проводят отсчитывание показаний.
        Затем прибор выдерживают в течение 5
        мин. под давлением, равном верхнему
        пределу измерений. После чего давление
        плавно понижают и проводят отсчитывание
        показаний при тех же значениях давления,
        что и при повышении давления. Скорость
        изменения давления не должна превышать
        10 % диапазона показаний в секунду.

      3. При
        снижении давления до нуля после
        калибровки стрелка должна, находиться
        на нулевой отметке шкалы с отклонением,
        не превышающим, допускаемого значения,
        установленного в техдокументации на
        прибор. Последний должен быть отсоединён
        от устройства создания давления и
        находиться в рабочем положении.

      4. Движение
        стрелки должно происходить плавно,
        без заеданий и скачков. Стрелка не
        должна касаться циферблата и
        стекла. Примечание.
        Допускаются заедания и скачки, величина
        которых не должна превышать значений,
        оговоренных в нормативно-технической
        документации.

      5. Вариацию
        показаний определяют для каждой
        поверяемой отметки шкалы, кроме нижнего
        и верхнего предельных значений.
