Оборотный плуг предназначен для обработки больших массивов пахотных земель с заделкой растительных остатков (переворотом пласта) и интенсивным рыхлением. Особенность конструкции – два ряда лемехов: правого и левого отвала. Навесное или полунавесное исполнение, количество корпусов от 2 до 12. По окончании полосы, плуг переворачивается относительно продольной оси рамы гидравлическим цилиндром двойного действия, и пахота продолжается в обратном направлении, но отвал производится в одну сторону. Работа выполняется быстрее и с лучшим качеством при экономии топлива. Вспаханное поле имеет ровную поверхность, без провалов и гребней. Для точного копирования профиля поверхности шарнирная рама регулируется.

Каждый агрегат этой компании собран индивидуально, по требованию покупателя и учитывая его потребности. Лемкен имеют ступенчатую систему ширины захвата 30-50 см. Модельный ряд может быть с 1-6-и корпусами. Расстояние между корпусами у моделей 90 или 100 см. Агрегатируется с тракторами 45-250л.с типа ЮМЗ-6 но мощнее. Лемкен предлагает своим покупателям плуги в ОF версии, которые дают возможность проводить пахоту как в борозде, так и вне.

Все машины Лемкен имеют современную гидравлику Унитрон и переключающийся цилиндр двойного действия, автоматическую фиксацию вертикального положения плуга в борозде. Это дает возможность быстро разворачивать технику и при работе ну нужно дополнительно регулировать угол уклона плуга. В базовой комплектации имеется ящик для инструментов, каждый срезной болт всегда находиться под рукой.

- На оси закреплены два роликовых подшипника, доступных для смазки. Особая прочность и длительный срок службы гарантированы.

Оборотный плуг Kuhn Manager
Возможность выбора ширины захвата и системы защиты сделала модельный ряд Manager идеальным для работы с тракторами средней мощности, такими как ХТЗ-17221, Case Magnum 310, МТЗ-2022 и другими, и при любых рабочих условиях. Манёвренность оборотного плуга позволяет вам работать с высокой производительностью даже на участках небольшого размера. Вы можете работать с таким же трактором, что и для навесного плуга, используя, при этом большее количество корпусов, и, ширину захвата.

Наклон оборотного механизма позволяет плавно повернуть плуг по отношению к направлению движения. Несущие колёса расположены в непосредственной близости от трактора для оптимального радиуса разворота, что гарантирует прямолинейность при выходе из борозды и минимальное не вспаханное пространство по краю поля.
Специально разработанные шарнирные соединения головки плуга обеспечивают угол поворота на 110°.
Опорная рама оборотного плуга Kuhn Manager позволяет значительно уменьшить нагрузку на сцепное устройство трактора в процессе оборота плуга. Это технологическое решение позволяет также снизить центр тяжести. Оборот плуга осуществляется 2 линейными гидроцилиндрами, напрямую соединёнными с движущимися частями, без посредства механической системы. Эта крайне простая технология, без износа, не требует особенного техобслуживания.
Шарнирное соединение позволяет плугу копировать волнистость рабочего участка. За счёт этого, обеспечивается равномерная глубина вспашки. Более того, при выходе из борозды, когда передние корпусы выглубляются задние все-еще продолжают обработку. Такая технология позволяет лучше вспахать края поля и снизить бугристость. Система автоматически блокируется при выходе их борозды (замок закрыт в процессе маневрирования и при транспортировке) и освобождается при входе в борозду.
После обработки грунт готов к применению других механизированных средств, например, сеялок точного высева и т. п.
