The vibrations sent by the machine to the upper limbs of the operator’s body are irrelevant, as the machine operation does not require a lengthy contact of upper limbs with vibrating parts.

The centre of gravity of the load being transported is calculated 600 mm away from the fork heel.

If your machine is equipped with a seat different from the standard one, please refer to the relevant instructions in Chapter «OPTIONAL EXTRA».

    4 — CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS INSTRUMENT PANEL (C) DESCRIPTION The dashboard of your machine shows the following information: — ANALOGIC REV COUNTER (61) The analogic rev counter shall be used to: control the engine running speed adjust the engine speed when using manual lever (86) (see related paragraph) carry out maintenance operation (by skilled staff) — ANALOGIC TACHOMETER (60) The analogic tachometer shall be used to control the driving speed during on-road transfers.

    This warning light illuminates above 1,000 rpm with low engine oil pressure. In this condition stop the engine immediately and fill up oil.     4 — CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS • SELF-IDENTIFICATION OF AN ATTACHMENT (selector (204) in the AUTO position) When an attachment equipped with a self-identification sensor is installed on the carriage, you need to shift selector (204) to the «AUTO» position; in this case the system automatically determines the appropriate working chart for the machine/attachment combination, thus calculating the correct stability index, the maximum load capacity and the safe working area.

    4 — CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS • FRONT OVERTURN PREVENTION SYSTEM The front overturn prevention system steps in when the machine is close to its longitudinal stability limit, and locks all aggravating movements. While handling a load, the system automatically detects and processes the position of the load being lifted on the carriage, as well as the percentage stability of your machine.

    • MANOEUVRING A CIRCULAR-SHAPED LOAD For handling circular shaped loads (barrels, cans etc.) installation of the appropriate attachment, provided and homolgated by Merlo S.p.a., on the machine carriage is necessary. The circulation on public road of the machine is allowed only in compliance and fittings reported in the road circulation documents. Lock the working tools with the special locking devices and install any prescribed protective devices.

    5 — OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Once you have identified the pressure relief valve you need to bypass, proceed as follows: loosen check nut «2» (with a 13 mm wrench) which locks in place the dowel of the pressure relief valve you need to bypass (depending on the direction in which you need to tow your machine).

Общие

Обслуживание зависит от часов работы и/или истекших календарных периодов. Оборудование подлежит обслуживанию при достижении любого из указанных пределов обслуживания. Командирам подразделений разрешается сокращать период между службами или добавлять операции обслуживания для удовлетворения чрезвычайных потребностей. Запланированное обслуживание может быть запланировано или отложено в пределах плюс-минус десять процентов от графика, чтобы удовлетворить эксплуатационные потребности и помочь в планировании мастерской.

Жидкость SampЛинг и анализ

Жидкостьampling используется для прогнозирования отказа компонентов или снижения ответственности за техническое обслуживание оборудования. Все системы и компоненты, использующие жидкость в качестве среды передачи или для смазки,ampлинг и анализ. ЖидкостьampЗаправка проводится в соответствии с Графиком технического обслуживания и используется как альтернатива замене жидкости. ЖидкостьampПроверка и анализ (Ref EMEI Engr Equip A 019-1) могут быть выполнены:

  • вместо того, когда в таблице обслуживания соответствующего оборудования указано «слить» или «заменить» жидкость;
  • при подозрении на неисправность или отказ внутреннего компонента; или же
  • при подозрении на загрязнение жидкости.

Если хоurlобслуживание на основе y не осуществляется в течение 24-месячного периода, то необходимо выполнить 24-месячное обслуживание. Если указаны два типа периода (например, 1000 часов или 24 месяца), услуга должна применяться по истечении первого периода. Во время всех процедур обслуживания болты и гайки, требующие повторной затяжки или регулировки, которые были собраны с использованием продуктов Loctite, должны быть заменены Loctite.

Гарантия

Оборудование, находящееся на гарантии, должно обслуживаться в соответствии с руководством по эксплуатации и гарантийным договором.

К обслуживанию автомобиля допущен следующий персонал:

  • механические системы – ECN 229 (Автомеханик) или гражданский аналог;
  • электрические системы – ECN 418 (Technician Electrical) или гражданский аналог;
  • сварка – ECN 235 (Metalsmith) или гражданский аналог; а также
  • квалифицированный оператор для выполнения общего обслуживания под наблюдением специалистов, перечисленных выше.

Стандартная работа

  1. Все стандартные задания проводятся по всему миру в системе MILIS. Обратитесь к EGI ACM100 и ACM120 для получения информации о стандартных работах для телескопического погрузчика Merlo. Подразделения должны загрузить соответствующие MST на оборудование своих подразделений.
  2. Стандартные номера работ для задач обслуживания подробно описаны в таблицах 2, 3 и 4.
  3. Стандартный номер задания для проверок в течение всего срока службы:
  • Стандартный вариант
    • Годовой – 7128; а также
    • Майор – 7710.

  • б. Взрывозащищенный вариант
    • Годовой – 6616; а также
    • Майор – 7707

Технический осмотр

Независимо от использования оборудования, Технический осмотр должен проводиться ECN 229 — Автомехаником или гражданским эквивалентом, каждые 12 месяцев в соответствии с TRAMM — Том 2, Раздел 4, Глава 4.

Документация

По завершении любого обслуживания в GM 120 автомобиля (Журнал регистрации сервисного оборудования) должна быть внесена запись о проведенном обслуживании.

The Italian manufacturer of lifting and small-sized equipment Merlo begins its history in 1911.

In 1960, a small metalworking workshop reached a new level of production.

Merlo S.p.A. was de facto founded in 1964. At the same time, in the city of Cuneo, a new plant assignment was built.

1966 marked the release of the first models: the DM mini-dumper and the DBM concrete mixer truck.

1970 — Merlo introduced the first CEM forklift truck equipped with a hydrostatic transmission and integral permanent drive.

Since the beginning of the 70s, the company has been actively expanding and optimizing production.

In 1977, the first assembly lines were launched.

The year of birth of the first telescopic loader is considered to be 1981. The telescopic loader model SM30 possessed the capabilities of its forked predecessor and the
versatility of a telescopic crane.

1987 — Launch of the world’s first telehandler with a low boom suspension at the rear of the chassis and a side-mounted engine.

The model was named PANORAMIC XS. Another difference was that at the time, the PANORAMIC XS was the only vehicle to provide full all-round visibility.

1991 — Merlo begins production of the new ROTO range of telescopes equipped with a swing arm. For the first time, these models allowed the operator to
deliver the load to any point within the circular working area without moving the machine itself.

1996 — Merlo begins production of the Tubrofarmer series of agricultural loaders.

1998 — The P 26 line of compact models was developed, designed to work in various fields: from the construction industry and agriculture to caring for animals and trees.

1999 — the new EVS line of the ROTO series, capable of lifting loads to a height of 21 meters.

Merlo celebrates the turn of the century with the launch of the Multifarmer range

In 2002 Merlo enters the compact conveyor market.

Merlo is headquartered in San Defendente, Italy.
