Снятие и установка передней колесной ступицы
1. Демонтировать колесо.
Примечание
Момент затяжки: 107,9-127,5 Нм.
ВНИМАНИЕ
Соблюдайте осторожность, чтобы при снятии колеса не повредить колесные шпильки.
2. Постукивая молотком по зубилу, разблокируйте чеканку контргайки ступицы приводного вала.
Примечание
Если торец гайки имеет резьбу, разблокируйте чеканку с помощью зубила, затем отверните гайку для предотвращения повреждения резьбы приводного вала.
3. Отверните гайку под чеканку и снимите ее с переднего моста.
Примечание
Момент затяжки: 294,2-313,8 Нм.
ВНИМАНИЕ
Контргайку приводного вала необходимо заменить новой. При замене контргайки ступицы приводного вала используйте только гайку с резьбой на торце.
Примечание
Затяните контргайку ступицы приводного вала до указанного момента и зачеканьте ее с помощью молотка и зубила. При наличии двух пазов выполните работу на обоих пазах.
Глубина чеканки: не менее 1,5 мм.
4. Снимите передней тормозной суппорт.
5. Ослабьте болт датчика частоты вращения колеса и болт кронштейна тормозного шланга.
Примечание
Момент затяжки:
•А: 8,8-13,7 Нм.
•В: 6,9-10,8 Нм.
6. Ослабьте шплинт и гайку, затем снимите наконечник соединительной тяги.
Примечание
Момент затяжки: 34,3-44,1 Нм.
7. Отсоедините шарнирное соединение наконечника соединительной тяги от кулака с помощью специального инструмента (09568-34000).

• При использовании специального инструмента должна соблюдаться осторожность, чтобы не повредить защитный колпачок шаровой опоры нижнего рычага.
• Специальный инструмент должен оставаться прикрепленным к автомобилю, так как существует риск травмы в случае его падения во время демонтажа шарнирного соединения нижнего рычага.
• При демонтаже шарнирного соединения нижнего рычага обязательно использовать SST, поскольку использование таких инструментов общего использования, как рычаг, может стать причиной повреждений периферийный деталей.
8. Извлеките шплинт, затем отверните гайку нижнего рычага.
Примечание
Момент затяжки: 98,0-117,6 Нм.
9. Отсоединить с помощью специального инструмента (0К545-А9100) передний нижний рычаг от поворотного кулака.
• Вывернуть болты переднего поворотного кулака, затем завернуть и затянуть болт подрамника.
• Установить струбцину около основного корпуса, чтобы предотвратить его отделение.
• Установите дополнительный корпус между передним кулаком и болтом дополнительного корпуса.
• Затяните болт для увеличения зазора переднего кулака.
• Установить страховочный трос.
• Установите основной корпус между стойкой передней подвески и нижним рычагом.
• Установите струбцину, затем поверните ручку по часовой стрелки до фиксации хомута на нижнем рычаге.
• Медленно затянуть болт основного корпуса и снять нижний рычаг с переднего поворотного кулака.
10. Выверните винт, затем снимите тормозной диск.
Примечание
Момент затяжки: 4,9-5,8 Нм.
11. Выверните болты крепления стойки, затем снимите с нее узел ступицы и кулака.
Примечание
Момент затяжки: 137,3-156,9 Нм.
12. Установка производится в порядке, обратном снятию.
Разборка и сборка поворотного кулака
1. Выверните болты крепления узла ступицы из кулака.
Примечание
Момент затяжки: 78,4-98,0 Нм.
2. Выверните винт из кулака.
3. Установка выполняется в порядке, обратном разборке.
Проверка технического состояния
1. Проверьте ступицу на наличие трещин, а шлицы — на наличие износа.
2. Проверьте тормозной диск на наличие задиров и повреждений.
3. Проверьте поворотный кулак на наличие трещин.
4. Проверьте подшипник на наличие трещин и повреждений.
