Переборка вилки Rock Shox Recon Silver Solo Air 2011 года с заменой масла и уплотнителей.

Для проведения обслуживания был приобретен ремнабор Rock Shox (артикул 00.4315.032.020 Fork Service Kit, Basic), синтетическое вилочное масло Liqui Moly Motorrad Fork Oil 5W Light (артикул 7598), синтетическое вилочное масло Liqui Moly Motorrad Fork Oil 15W Heavy (артикул 7558).
Необходимый инструмент и приспособления:
— Широкая плоская отвертка;
— Съемник внешних стопорных колец;
— Шестигранник (из стандартного велонабора);
— Рожковый ключ или головка на 24;
— Молоток и мягкая проставка (дерево, плотная резина или т.п.)
— Иголка или зубочистка;
— Шприц 2 шт. (я использовал 2,5 мл и 10 мл);
— Небольшие емкости для слива отработанного масла и залива нового 2 шт.;
— Тряпки и бумажные салфетки
Также в идеале иметь динамометрический ключ, но я обошелся без него, главное без фанатизма производить затяжку при сборке. Разборка вилки
1. Снимаем вилку с велосипеда, очищаем от внешних загрязнений влажной тряпкой и высушиваем;
2. Стравливаем воздух из воздушной пружины, нажав на нипель;

3. Вытаскиваем рычажок регулятора скорости отскока;

4. Шестигранником выкручиваем болты крепления ног вилки к штанам. Выкручиваем не до конца, болты должны остаться в резьбе на 2-3 витка (примерно);

5. Легкими ударами молотка по болту нужно утопить штоки ног вилки вглубь штанов (бить очень аккуратно), когда шток утопится, полностью выкручиваем болты;

6. Переворачиваем вилку и сливаем масло из штанов, его там совсем немного (в моем случае в одной штанине было почти сухо, из другой вышло несколько капель);

7. Сдергиваем штаны с ног вилки, если ход затруднен, помогаем легкими постукиваниями по внутренней стороне «короны» через мягкую проставку;

8. Широкой плоской отверткой аккуратно извлекаем из штанов пыльники и поролоновые кольца, важно не поцарапать внутренние полости штанов. Поролонки у меня были совсем сухие и грязные;

9. Тщательно вычищаем штаны от старого масла и грязи.

10. Приступаем к разборке ног вилки. Ключом на 24 выкручиваем воздушную пружину (резьба классическая) и извлекаем картридж. Снаружи и внутри картриджа есть небольшое количество масла, все вытираем тряпкой или салфетками. Сама пружина состоит из трубки, крышки с нипелем и поршневого механихма со штоком. Картридж разбирается без инструмента, поршень и крышка просто вставляются в трубку. Все разбираем, удаляем остатки смазки.

11. Разбираем масляный картридж. С помощью съемника снимаем стопорное кольцо и рычаг блокировки вилки.

Ключом выкручиваем демпфер, он сидит в ноге плотно, после выкручивания нужно приложить силу, чтобы вытащить его полностью.

Сливаем отработавшее масло, у меня оно было довольно чистым. Затем извлекаем шток, протолкнув его вверх.

Толстой иголкой поддеваем и извлекаем уплотнительное кольцо штока из ноги вилки.

После этого обе ноги вычищаем изнутри (я использовал деревянную палочку с тряпкой).

Сборка вилки
Для сборки необходимо подготовить чистую посуду для 2 видов масла (так удобнее набирать масло в шприц и смазывать устанавливаемые детали), новые резиновые кольца, пыльники с поролонками, шприцы и салфетки . Согласно мануала в данной вилке используется масло 2-х видов: 5W в масляном демпфере (147 мл) и 15W в штанах и воздушной пружине (по 6 и 3 мл соответственно).

Теперь подробнее:
1. Собираем уплотнения штанов. Наливаем в небольшую емкость масло 15W и замачиваем в нем поролоновые кольца;

2. Полностью пропитав кольцо вставляем его в посадочное место штанов и закрываем пыльником.

Пыльник запресовывается достаточно плотно, желательно использовать оправку подходящего диаметра, я справился руками. Аналогичную операцию повторяем для второй штанины.

Примечание: на пыльнике внутри должна быть нанесена консистентная смазка (если ее нет изначально, необходимо ее нанести).;
3. Приступаем к замене уплотнений воздушной пружины. Старые кольца подцепляем и снимаем иголкой. По схеме все видно, перепутать что то сложно, кольца отличаются по диаметру и сечению. Перед установкой новых колец смазываем их маслом 15W. (Плоского колечка, обозначенного на схеме «!» не было в комплекте замены, его я не менял, роли в уплотнении важных частей оно не играет);

4. Слегка смазав все узлы, собираем воздушный картридж и вставляем его в левую ногу вилки, не закрывая крышкой с нипелем. Шприцом заливаем в пружину 3 мл масла 15W, закрываем крышку.

5. закручиваем крышку пружины в ногу ключом. Главное не переусердствовать с моментом затяжки (по мануалу 7,3 N*m)!

6. Аналогичным способом меняем кольца на деталях масляного демпфера. Кроме резиновых тут есть разрезное пластиковое кольцо на штоке, его тоже меняем, в ремкомплекте оно идет;

7. Вставляем шток в ногу и утапливаем его до упора. Начинаем заливать масло в демпфер. Шприцом 10 мл отмеряем ровно 147 мл! масла 5W и заливаем его в ногу;

8. Аккуратно, чтобы не повредить уплотнитель резьбой, вставляем демпфер, и медленно утапливаем его в ногу до резьбы. Затем закручиваем демпфер ключом с тем же моментом;

9. Производим «свадьбу» штанов с ногами) Штоки обеих ног должны быть максимально выдвинуты. Ноги вилки я немного сбрызнул «силиконкой».

Аккуратно вставляем ноги в пыльники, чтобы они не завернулись, можно немного поддеть зубочисткой, например.

Вставляем ноги не до конца, чтобы между штоком и штанами был зазор для заливки масла;
10. Наклонив вилку, чтоб не залить маслом резьбу штока (где-то под 45 град.), заливаем в каждую штанину по 6 мл масла 15W через отверстия для болтов (я залил по 7 мл… думаю, хуже не будет);

11. Заменив шайбы на болтах (металл+пластик, кольца идут в ремкомплекте), закручиваем болты, крепящие штоки ног к штанам… тоже тянем без фанатизма! Примечание: болт со сквозным отверстием устанавливается со стороны регулятора скорости отскока, важно не перепутать.

Переворачиваем вилку, проверяем герметичность соединений. Устанавливаем регулятор скорости отскока и рычаг блокировки демпфера. ВСЕ! Сборка завершена, накачиваем воздушную пружину в соответствии с весом райдера и можно устанавливать вилку на велосипед.

ЧТо с манеткой? надо смотреть руками мастеров. Что касается несовместимости, то приведу 2 примера — совместное использование с компонентами Shimano и установка системы Hammerschmidt на ISCG адаптер.

Да, подтверждаю, было так несколько раз… Как то печально получается.
Иногда до абсурда доходит… Говорю, мне вот эту фиговину. Ответ — нету. Говорю — а вы посмотрите, мало ли. Через минуты две, ответ, а ну да, она есть, но ее нет, ну как бы она числиться, но ее типо нету, типо есть в наличие, но продать не можем, она у нас как бы виртуально что ли есть… Супер +)

Предисловие:

После того, как моя вилка RS SID прошла уже 4200 км, я решил сделать ей ТО. Конечно я знаю, что производитель рекомендует менять масло каждые 50 часов эксплуатации вилки, но кто на практике выполняет эту рекомендацию? Вилка использовалась без жести, не оставлялась засыхать в грязном виде. И тем не менее, появились некоторые моменты ухудшения ее работы: негативная камеры не могла принять в себя давление свыше 50 psi, ноги стали практически сухими. Это говорит о том, что в вилке закончилось масло и его нужно менять/добавлять. Покопавшись в дебрях интернета, я не нашел полного и исчерпывающего руководства/инструкции на русском языке. Официальный сайт производителя смог выдать лишь универсальную общую инструкцию, которая становится понятной лишь по мере выполнения работ. Знания технического английского — обязательны. Всё это сподвигло меня задокументировать ход работ и сделать некоторые фотографии.

Фото будут еще выкладываться. Прошу меня извинить за их посредственное техническое качество. Причина в аппарате мыльничного типа и отсутствии помощника. Хотя я и делал снимки с разных ракурсов, всё равно некоторые получились нерезкими.

Инструкция по разборке и обслуживанию воздушно-масляной вилки

RockShox SID Race (2009)

с удаленной блокировкой

Для переборки вилки нам понадобятся:

1. Шестигранники на 1,5, 2, 5 мм.

2. Удлиненная торцевая головка на 10 мм.

3. Обычная торцевая головка на 24 мм.

4. Вороток.

5. Молоток.

6. Съемник стопорных колец. (добавлено 19.06.2010)

7. Зубочистка.

8. Емкость для замачивания сальников в масле.

9. Емкость для слива старого масла.

10. Несколько чистых тряпок для протирки рук и внутренностей вилки.

11. Вилочный насос.

12. Вилочное масло вязкостью 15w (для штанов и воздушных камер).

13. Вилочное масло вязкостью 5w (только для демпфера).

Масла, которые я использовал, были произведены компаниями LiquiMoly (Германия) и Motul (Франция).

Полностью вынимаем вилку из рамы, освобождаем ее от колеса, калипера дискового тормоза, тросика манетки блокировки. Вилку тщательно моем от всякого рода грязи. Крепление переднего крыла я снимать не стал.

Снятие штанов

1. Откручиваем колпачок негативной камеры (снизу левой ноги).

2. Стравливаем воздух.

3. Откручиваем колпачок позитивной камеры (сверху левой ноги).

4. Стравливаем воздух.

5. Выдергиваем ручку регулятора отбоя (снизу правой ноги).

6. Переворачиваем вилку штоком вниз. С помощью 5 мм шестигранника ослабляем болт под регулятором отбоя на 3-4 оборота.

7. С помощью удлиненной 10 мм головки и воротка откручиваем гайку негативной камеры, но не до конца, а так, чтобы она выдавалась над резьбой на 2-3 мм. Гайка выкручиваться будет долго.

8. Молотком стучим по шестиграннику, вставленному в регулятор отбоя, пока он не провалится примерно на 5 мм. После этого почувствуется некоторая свобода хода.

9. Аналогично стучим по 10 мм головке в негативной камере, чтобы почувствовать свободу.

10. Полностью выкручиваем болт в регуляторе отбоя.

11. Полностью выкручиваем гайку в негативной камере.

12. Переворачиваем вилку штоком вверх. Держа одной рукой гориллу штанов, а другой – шток или корону, аккуратно вытягиваем ноги из штанов. Если в конце хода ног слышится металлический стук, а ноги не выходят, значит, недостаточно стучали молотком на этапах 8 и 9. Тогда надо снова вкрутить болт и гайку на несколько оборотов и постучать молотком еще раз. Ставим штаны в емкость, чтобы с них стекло масло.

13. Протираем ноги чистой тряпочкой и убираем в сторонку. Хорошо было бы перед протиркой побрызгать изопропиловым спиртом, но у меня его не нашлось.

14. Вытаскиваем пинцетом из штанов поролоновые кольца. У меня они были грязными и сухими.

15. Наливаем в ненужную емкость небольшого объема немного масла вязкостью 15w. Тщательно стираем в нем кольца, а потом оставляем замачиваться. В качестве емкости я использовал контейнер от мороженого.

16. Моем штаны в тазу горячей водой с «Фейри». Тщательно вычищаем сальники щеточкой.

17. Вынимаем штаны из воды и кладем сушиться.

Переборка воздушных пружин DualAir

18. Убедившись, что в позитивной камере нет давления, выкручиваем верхнюю крышку левой ноги с помощью головки на 24 и воротка.

19. Тут надо слить всё масло из позитивной камеры, но у меня его не оказалось.

20. Вталкиваем поршень негативной камеры, попутно нажимая на ее ниппель, чтобы выравнивать давление, иначе поршень будет сопротивляться.

21. Используя головку на 10, сильно вдавливаем ее в BasePlate (адекватного русского перевода я пока не нашел). Наша задача – утопить BasePlate вглубь ноги на 2-3 мм, чтобы между ним и стопорным кольцом появился зазор.

22. Снимаем стопорное кольцо с помощью специального съемника.

23. Рукой через тряпочку выдергиваем поршень вниз из трубы. Тут выкапывает немного масла и обнаруживаются на поршне 2 кольца, одно из которых пружинит и имеет разрез.

24. Протираем трубу ноги изнутри тряпочкой.

25. Снимаем подвижный клапан с поршня.

26. На поршне имеются резиновые уплотнительные кольца. Если с ними какие-то проблемы, то кольца подлежат замене. У меня не было ни проблем, ни запасных колец, но ради интереса я всё же решил снять резиновые кольца. Для этого воспользуемся зубочисткой. Снимать все кольца надо очень осторожно, чтобы не повредить их. Повреждение приведет к тому, чтобы они будут пропускать воздух или масло. Тогда их однозначно придется заменить. Я снял лишь 2 кольца, извалял в масле и вставил обратно. А другие 2 даже не снимал, а просто смазал. В качестве смазки использовал всё тоже масло 15w.

27. Обратно надеваем подвижный клапан на длинный поршень.

28. Вставляем эту сборку в ногу, поочередно пропуская поршни.

29. Выравниваем металлические кольца и плотно заталкиваем пальцами BasePlate.

30. Ставим стопорное кольцо тем же самым съемником. Чтобы убедиться, что кольцо село в канавку, мы не до конца разожмем его и покрутим в канавке влево-вправо. Кольцо должно легко вращаться. Выравниваем его относительно BasePlate, чтобы выступы кольца легли в углубления BasePlate. Окончательно разжимаем кольцо и убираем съемник.

31. Через тряпочку оттягиваем поршень вниз, чтобы BasePlate сел на стопорное кольцо без зазора.

Снятие демпфера

32. Выкручиваем шестигранником на 1,5 болтик на золотистой ручке флудгейта сверху правой ноги и снимаем ручку.

33. Снимаем синюю ручку регулировки компрессии.

34. Откручиваем держатель тросика удаленной блокировки, используя шестигранник на 2.

35. Убираем белую шайбу.

36. Головкой на 24 и воротком выкручиваем демпфер.

37. Аккуратно вынимаем его, покачивая из стороны в сторону.

38. Сливаем масло в ненужную емкость. У меня масло оказалось зеленым и пахло бензином.

39. Переворачиваем вилку вверх штоком выталкиваем поршень отбоя/отскока. Сначала действуем руками, затем спицей, пока он не вывалится.

40. Поршень отскока протираем от масла, попутно можно сменить уплотнительное колечко, если с ним какие-то проблемы. У меня же было всё хорошо.

41. Протираем ноги вилки от старого масла.

Сборка демпфера

42. Держим вилку штоком вверх. Сверху вставляем поршень отскока. Сначала шток поршня, потом клапан. Проталкиваем рукой. Когда шток дойдет до сальника, в который он вставляется, то в результате неизбежного перекоса, он немного уйдет в сторону. Чтобы направить шток в отверстие, нужно снизу сквозь сальник пропустить спицу и вставить ее в отверстие штока. Теперь, если толкать шток сверху, он по спице пройдет точно в отверстие. Надо будет лишь немного его подтолкнуть и вытянуть снизу. Вообще, идеально было бы вынимать и вставлять поршень не через верх, а через низ. Для этого нужно будет снять стопорное кольцо и выдернуть поршень вместе с сальником.

43. Заливаем строго 94 мл вилочного масла вязкостью 5w. Можно воспользоваться мерной посудой, но в виду отсутствия таковой я применил шприц на 20 мл и насадил на него трубку 15 см длиной. Этой трубкой удобно вытягивать масло из банки, но для точности измерения трубку каждый раз надо отсоединять, чтобы масло в ней не добавляло лишний объем.

44. Аккуратно вставляем демпфер в ногу, слегка его покачивая.

45. Смазываем этим же маслом 5w резьбу гайки и закручиваем ее головкой на 24 до упора. Крутить со всей дури не надо, достаточно лишь хорошо притянуть уплотнительное кольцо.

46. Протираем вилку и устанавливаем белую шайбу.

47. Устанавливаем держатель тросика удаленной блокировки и прикручиваем его шестигранником на 2 мм.

48. Устанавливаем синюю ручку компрессии.

49. Устанавливаем золотистую рукоятку флудгейта и прикручиваем ее шестигранником на 1,5.

Установка ног в штаны

50. Замоченные ранее в масле 15w поролоновые кольца аккуратно устанавливаем на свои места, избегая перекручивания. При необходимости расправляем и укладываем пинцетом.

51. Очень осторожно вставляем ноги в штаны, покачивая из стороны в сторону. Вставляем очень медленно. Как только край ноги уйдет на 5 мм вглубь ноги, сальник должен выправиться в нормальное положение. Если он заминается еще сильнее, то ногу лучше вытащить и попробовать еще раз. Нельзя допускать замятия сальников. После того, как обе ноги зашли в штаны, не замяв сальники, нажимаем на ноги, чтобы они погрузились поглубже в штаны, но не до конца.

52. Слегка сбрызгиваем ноги у сальников маслом 15w.

53. Переворачиваем вилку штоком вниз и наклоняем ее под углом 45°.

54. Шприцом через трубочку вводим по 5 мл масла 15w в отверстие каждой штанины

55. Полностью насаживаем ноги в штаны.

56. Проталкиваем вниз поршень воздушной камеры, чтобы он полностью вылез из отверстия. Не забываем стравливать воздух из негативной камеры.

57. Вкручиваем болт отскока/отбоя шестигранником на 5 мм.

58. Вкручиваем гайку с черной шайбой в негативную камеру.

59. Переворачиваем вилку штоком вверх.

60. Заливаем 3 мл масла 15w в позитивную камеру.

61. Закручиваем крышку камеры головкой на 24. Опять же без фанатизма.

62. Ставим на место ручку регулятора отбоя.

63. Накачиваем рабочее давление сначала в позитивную камеру.

64. Затем в негативную.

65. Закручиваем колпачки обеих камер.

Переборка вилки закончена. Если всё сделано правильно, то масло нигде не должно протекать, воздух не должен травить. Ноги должны быть влажными от масла, а сама вилка прекрасно работать. Теперь ее можно установить на раму, подвести тросик от манетки блокировки, установить калипер дискового тормоза и колесо.

Вилка после накачки воздухом простояла всю ночь. Следов утечки масла не обнаружено. Тест-драйв немного по асфальту и больше по пересеченной местности (86 км) показал замечательную работу вилки во всех режимах.

Добавление от 16.06.2010: как мне кажется, вилка стала работать даже лучше, чем новая. Во всяком случае, я посмотрел свои старые записи и увидел, что я вгонял в нее такое же давление, как сейчас, но вилка была жестче. Я уже слышал о том, что изначально RockShox экономит на масле и заливает меньше, чем сам же рекомендует. Может быть это как-то с этим связано. Хотя я, честно говоря, не могу выдвинуть хоть какой-то правдоводобной гипотезы. Будем наблюдать дальше.
