Some PINGUELY HAULOTTE Crane Service Manuals PDF are above the page — HA26PX, H12, H15, H18, HA20.

Pinguely specialized in the production of steam locomotives. It was not a large manufacturer, but regularly supplied steam locomotives for work on industrial and passenger
railways in France.

After 40 years, in the 1920s, the company of Alexander Pinguely ceases the production of locomotives and begins to actively engage in stationary cranes and steam engines for earthworks — a
prototype of modern excavators.

In 1930, Pinguely installed a crane on a mobile vehicle, making, in fact, the first truck mounted crane.

From that moment, the company expanded its product line and began to produce cranes for installation on chassis of other manufacturers.

Since the 60s, Pinguely has been actively developing and manufacturing cranes on its own chassis.

In 2000, Pinguely-Haulotte negotiated its expansion and acquisition
of Terex in the United States, but for some reason the deal did not take place.

However, by mid-2002, Pinguely-Haulotte was the third largest lift manufacturer in the world, with a market share of 17%.

In 2005, the company was renamed the Haulotte Group.

The Haulotte firm of France started making mobile cranes and lifting platforms in 1924. Merging with Pinguely in 1995, it strengthened its position in the lifting equipment industry. The company has strict quality control measures for all of its manufactured equipment, employs cutting-edge methods in all areas of operation, continually adds new products to its catalog, and rapidly expands into emerging markets. These days, production is carried out in many countries, including France, the United States, Spain, and Romania. As a result, its products have won over consumers all around the globe.

One of the company’s strongest points is the variety of telescopic lifts it offers. All modern elevators feature expansive working platforms, enhanced horizontal mobility, and greater cross-country capability. The design is as small as possible to accommodate all of this, making it suitable for widespread deployment.

The company’s telescopic lifts have a number of benefits, including precise and simple controls, lightning-fast speeds, and a safety mechanism that prevents the load from being increased over the device’s rated capacity. In addition to being dependable, powerful, and operating smoothly, the designs are also surprisingly straightforward to care for.

Self-propelled or trailed telescopic lifts Pinguely-Haulotte are specialized machinery used for raising people and cargo. A few of the boom’s movable parts are tucked away inside one another for protection. Load-bearing capacity and working height are just two of several variables that change from model to model. A hydraulic system ensures the structure can do its job, and the operator directs the boom’s motions. Telescopic Pinguely-Haulotte mobile lifts often rest atop a caterpillar or pneumowheel chassis. Because of this, you can get to any job site, regardless of weather or traffic. More minor, less cumbersome car lifts are ideal for busy city streets.

In contrast, their stationary equivalents find widespread application in factories and warehouses. Telescopic tools, on the other hand, have many applications, from mundane home tasks to lifesaving missions. Heavy-duty and tried-and-true materials are used in their construction to ensure the highest level of worker safety during the execution of even the most challenging tasks.

Pinguly-Hulotte, founded in 1881, is the oldest manufacturer of upsurge equipment and is one of the three leading world manufacturers of this equipment. She owns five factories in Western Europe,
in which more than ten thousand lifts of various types and models are produced annually. All gear meets the highest operational requirements.

Pinguly-Haulotte lifts include more than 45 models, including scissors-type self-propelled lifts, crankshaft, telescopic lifts and mast lifts, trailed lifts, lifts on a car chassis, telescopic
loaders, self-propelled cranes and multifunctional machines. Because the lifts are equipped with diesel and electric engines, as well as all-wheel drive, they have a wide range of use:
construction, installation of various equipment, service at airports, factories, warehouses, hotels, film concert halls, stadiums, etc…

Today, the Pinguly-haulotte construction equipment is effectively used even in the most complex and severe climatic conditions and fully complies with the highest operational requirements.

The Pinguly-Hulotte lift is a versatile piece of equipment that can be effectively used in various fields of activity. Installation and construction work, service in cinemas, factories,
workshops, stadiums, warehouses, and external decoration of structures and buildings are only some examples from the general list that can be endlessly continued and supplemented.

If we talk about specific numbers, then the modern equipment and production capacities of Pinguly-Hulotte allow us to produce more than 10,000 units of lifting equipment per year. In addition,
the consumer is offered only high-quality and reliable lifting equipment, which undergoes mandatory pre-sale training and testing before getting into the sale. This approach to business allows us
to propose an extended warranty period, which will be an order of magnitude higher than that of many other manufacturers of similar products in this market segment.

Finally, lifting equipment and equipment from Pinguly-Hulotte is highly reliable, safe and performance. These indicators and characteristics of special equipment continue to improve and develop,
considering the requirements and requests of the modern consumer.

To date, Pinguly-Haulotte is the European leader in the production of above-ground lifting platforms.
