ЭТОТ ОТКАЗ СОСТАВЛЯЕТ СУЩЕСТВЕННУЮ ЧАСТЬ ДАННОГО СОГЛАШЕНИЯ, И НЕИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ДАННОГО РУКОВОДСТВА УПОЛНОМОЧЕНО, КРОМЕ СЛУЧАЕВ В РАМКАХ ДАННОГО ОТКАЗА.
4. ОБЩИЕ СВЕДЕНИЯ
Данное соглашение регулируется и должно истолковываться в соответствии с законами Японии независимо от его принципов коллизионного права. В случае возникновения спора в рамках или в связи с данным соглашением Вы, таким образом, даете согласие на персональную юрисдикцию Японии и отказываетесь от любого возражения, что такая дискуссия вызывает затруднение. Далее Вы соглашаетесь на получение судебных извещений в любом действии, возникающем из данного Соглашения по обычной почте или другими коммерчески оправданными способами доставки расписки в получении. Если любое положение данного Соглашения должно быть определено недействительным по какой-либо причине, то оставшиеся положения не должны быть признаны недействительными и должны остаться в силе без изменений. Данное Соглашение устанавливает в дальнейшем целое соглашение и понимание между Вами и компанией Nikon, и замещает собой и заменяет любые другие соглашения, относящиеся к сути дела данного Соглашения. Operating the Touch Panel The monitor of this camera is a touch panel, and can be operated by touching it with your fingers. Tapping Briefly touch the touch panel. Tap to select items in the shooting screen and menus. Tap to select images in thumbnail playback mode. Quickly tap twice in full-frame playback mode to zoom in on images.

Notes About the Touch Panel The touch panel of this camera is a capacitive type. It may not respond when you touch it with your fingernails or with gloves on. Do not press the touch panel with sharp-pointed, hard objects. Do not press or rub the touch panel with excessive force. -

Slide the memory card in until it clicks into place (5). Be careful not to insert the battery or memory card upside-down or backward, as this could cause a malfunction.

Notes About Charging the Battery The camera can be operated while the battery is charging, but the charging time increases. The power-on lamp (charge lamp) turns off while the camera is being operated. — Movies cannot be recorded while the battery is charging. Do not, under any circumstances, use another make or model of AC adapter other than the EH-73P/EH-73PCH Charging AC Adapter, and do not use a commercially available USB-AC adapter or a battery charger for a mobile phone. -

Press and hold (for at least 3 seconds) the power button on the remote control. Pairing starts for the camera and remote control.
