MONSTER’S EXCLUSIVE T2 TECHNOLOGY ™ The Monster Power HTS 2600 PowerCenter features exclusive Monster T2 technology. T2 is an active electronic microprocessor-controlled circuit that sits in front of the surge protection circuitry in select Monster Power products. T2 monitors the line, neutral and ground lines and automatically disconnects the PowerCenter from the AC power line when a long duration low-voltage sag or high-voltage swell occurs ( continuous voltage below 70Vrms or above 132Vrms).

Аппарат получил полноразмерный металлический корпус. Его можно установить в рековую стойку, для чего имеется специальный крепеж. Центральная часть передней панели включает в себя клавишу питания и 5 светодиодов, сигнализирующих о подключении к сети, о работе системы защиты и фильтрации и о наличии отклоняющегося от нормы напряжения. В правой части панели находится LED-индикация входного напряжения (6 светодиодов, каждому из которых соответствует определенный вольтаж). Такое же количество индикаторов в левой части показывает потребление тока.
Контур T2 с микропроцессором занимается мониторингом линии и отключает питание, если оно не соответствует диапазону 160 – 270 В. T2 срабатывает мгновенно, поэтому металооксидные варисторы и термопредохранители не перегорают, давая возможность использовать HTS 2600 повторно. При нормализации параметров сети подача тока возобновляется через 15 секунд. Контуры SurgeGuard и Tri-Mode спасают от бросков напряжения. При активации Tri-Mode подается звуковой сигнал. Цепи, построенные по схеме Monster Clean Power Stage 2 (v.2.0), содержат в себе три изолирующих фильтра. Каждый из них работает с одной из трех групп розеток, имеющих цветовую кодировку и предназначенных для устройств определенного типа: мощных сильноточных усилителей (2 розетки), аналоговых моделей с невысоким потреблением тока (2) и видеоаппаратуры (6). Такая технология позволяет исключить взаимное влияние компонентов друг на друга и обеспечивает очистку линии от радиочастотных и электромагнитных помех.
Предусмотрена возможность последовательного включения выбранных устройств (для розеток с обозначениями switched и timed). В комплекте есть соответствующие цветовой кодировке наклейки, которые крепятся на силовые кабели и делают подсоединение более удобным. Для защиты антенных, кабельных и спутниковых линий присутствуют три входа и выхода. Имеется один входной и два выходных разъема телефонной линии, а также разъемы для Ethernet-подключения. Есть два гнезда для организации дистанционного вкл./откл.
Фильтр HTS 2600 убирает резкость и жесткость звучания, повышает динамику и делает сцену более объемной. При подключении ТВ обеспечивается контрастное и четкое изображение, улучшается прорисовка деталей. Модель станет отличным вариантом для комплекта ДК среднего уровня, а также для стереосистемы.
