Набор 10505 состоит из 83 деталей и позволяет построить отличный трехэтажный особняк. Детали конструктора данной серии, в целях безопасности сделаны больших размеров, а фигурки не разбираются. В остальном качество Лего остается непревзойденным, как и прежде.
Кукольный дом, задуманный как трехэтажный, по желанию может переделываться в двух и одноэтажные коттеджи. Жилые помещения данной модели представлены тремя комнатами, полностью укомплектованными необходимой мебелью и аксессуарами. Первый этаж более приспособлен для кухни, здесь имеются столы стулья, посуда и даже печь, в которой выпекается хлеб. На остальных этажах размещают ванную комнату и спальню, эти комнаты также наполнены красивой мебелью. Особенностью данного набора является смена декора при помощи съемных обоев.
В этом домике живет семья: мама, папа и маленькая дочь, а еще у них есть симпатичный черный с белой мордочкой и грудкой котенок. Рядом с особняком находится сад с ягодами и деревьями. В саду находится стол для чаепития.
