На рынке вспомогательного автомобильного оборудования Вебасто – это система, название которой уже стало именем нарицательным. В качестве аналогии можно рассматривать знаменитый “Ксерокс”, это торговое наименование сейчас воспринимается как синоним любого копировального аппарата.
Webasto – это система предпускового подогрева, благодаря которой удается повысить температуру силовой установки, прогреть автомобильный салон. Оборудование в значительной степени облегчает запуск, снижает нагрузку на двигатель, удаляет лед и снег с остекления транспортного средства.
Некоторые европейские производители монтируют обогреватель уже в базовой комплектации своих машин, так как его эффективность и практическая польза не вызывают никаких сомнений. Конечно, есть смысл обратить на него внимание и водителям из России.
Конструкция и принцип функционирования
Конструктивно Вебасто представляет собой компактный прибор, вес которого составляет несколько килограммов. Находится он под капотом транспортного средства, система питания соединяется с автомобильной, а охлаждающий контур – с контуром охлаждения силовой установки.
За управление отвечает электронный модуль, подключенный к бортовой автомобильной сети.
Принцип работы устройства можно описать следующим образом:
- Активируется подача топлива из бака к собственным камерам сгорания подогревателя. Это позволяет повысить температуру охлаждающей жидкости, находящейся внутри теплообменника.
- Активируется циркуляционный насос, благодаря которому подогретая жидкость поступает к мотору. Она нагревает и непосредственно двигатель, и радиатор, обслуживающий салон.
Рабочий процесс можно полностью автоматизировать, чтобы процесс активировался датчиками, реагирующими на понижение температуры окружающего воздуха, или таймером.
В плане потребления топлива система экономична, средний расход составляет 0.5 литра в течение часа. Полный прогрев автомобиля при таком расходе и температуре воздуха в минус 20 градусов занимает всего четверть часа.

Варианты использования
Теперь разберемся, как пользоваться Webasto.
Для этого используются следующие технологии:
1. Самый экономичный в финансовом плане вариант – управление при помощи таймера. Стоимость этого модуля минимальна. Его монтируют внутри салона, на передней панели.
Настройка предельно проста, нужно лишь синхронизировать показатели модуля с реальным временем, после чего скорректировать длительность обогрева и периоды запуска. Как правило, интервалы варьируются от 10 минут до часа.
Основное неудобство состоит в том, что параметры нужно постоянно корректировать, ориентируясь на показатели температуры воздуха снаружи. Чем холоднее, тем чаще должна активироваться система.

2. Включение Вебасто кнопкой. Схема основывается на использовании дистанционного пульта, внешне напоминающего брелок от сигнализации. Стоимость выше, в сравнении с таймером, но она компенсируется эксплуатационным удобством.
Средняя дистанция, на который модуль может “поймать” сигнал пульта, составляет километр, чего вполне достаточно для большинства эксплуатационных условий. Расстояние может снижаться из-за наличия физических препятствий между приемником и передатчиком (плотная застройка, толстые стены), а также из-за радиопомех.
Настройки дают возможность владельцу транспортного средства скорректировать временные промежутки, в течение которых пусковые показатели будут поддерживаться. Брелок дистанционного запуска имеет двустороннюю связь с транспортным средством, то есть он подтверждает тот факт, что система ответила на его команду и сработала.
Чтобы настроить пульт, никаких специальных действий проводить не нужно. Он изначально функционирует на необходимой частоте. В использовании пульта никаких сложностей нет, достаточно беречь его от загрязнений и попадания прямых солнечных лучей, чтобы свести к минимуму вероятность повреждения.

3. Запуск Вебасто с сотового телефона – наиболее дорогой способ (стоимость примерно в полтора раза выше, чем в случае с пультом), но дороговизна компенсируется удобством, радиусом действия без ограничений, устойчивостью к отказам и помехам.
Чтобы реализовать данную технологию, на модуль монтируется блок GSM. Как включить систему? Она реагирует на текстовое сообщение, посылаемое с определенного номера, сохраненного в памяти.
Максимальное количество номеров – 5 штук. Наиболее современный способ – управление посредством специального приложения, установленного на смартфоне. Оно позволяет не просто активировать прогрев, но и поддерживать двустороннюю связь, отслеживать текущее состояние мотора.

Нюансы эксплуатации
Инструкция по эксплуатации Вебасто обязательна к соблюдению, так как она позволяет избежать множества проблем, связанных с ошибками. Наибольшего внимания заслуживают следующие моменты:
- Запрещается подвергать элементы системы внешним механическим воздействиям, статическому электричеству, контактам с агрессивными химическими веществами, погружать их в жидкость. К негативным последствиям могут привести и включения при высокой внешней температуре и влажности воздуха.
- В целях личной безопасности нельзя активировать систему в закрытом помещении. Несмотря на минимальное потребление топлива, она продуцирует выхлопные газы, так что сохраняется риск удушья.
- Если система активируется с посторонними звуками, ее работа связана с выделением дыма (даже в малых объемах), неприятных запахов, рекомендуется немедленная блокировка путем снятия предохранителя и визит в специализированный сервис.
- Инструкция по применению гласит, что в предпусковой системе обогрева можно использовать исключительно определенный сорт топлива. Аналогичное правило распространяется и на незамерзающую жидкость. Единожды в месяц система активируется при холодной силовой установке, вентилятор устанавливается на минимальную мощность. Время работы в таком режиме – 10 минут.
Такая мера – профилактика, дающая возможность свести к минимуму вероятность поломок в дальнейшем.
- Предельное время работы системы предпускового обогрева – час. Несколько стартов подряд категорически не рекомендуются. Чтобы исключить преждевременный разряд аккумуляторной батареи, следует дать мотору поработать еще несколько минут после отключения системы.

Первый пуск
Нельзя забывать о руководстве при первом старте. Система имеет два рабочих режима: зимний и летний.
Изначально она стоит на зимнем режиме, обеспечивающем подогрев салона. Летний аналог ориентирован только на вентиляцию.
- Если вы планируете эксплуатировать именно зимний режим, то штатное устройство отопления устанавливается на позицию “тепло”.
- Трехступенчатый вентилятор устанавливается на первом делении, четырехступенчатый – на втором.
Далее система функционирует автоматически, определяя оптимальную эффективность на основе конкретных рабочих показателей. Впрочем, всегда можно внести корректировки и вручную.
К примеру, водитель может отрегулировать интенсивность функционирования основного отопительного модуля вращением ручки термостата. Да, система способна работать автоматически, подстраивая производительность под температурную разницу.
Вращение управляющей ручки в правую сторону позволяет увеличивать интенсивность вручную.
В целях безопасности на панели предусмотрен специальный индикатор, который оповещает водителя о возникновении неисправности.

Дизельные силовые установки
Вебасто для дизельного двигателя – это насущная необходимость. Многим водителям машин на солярке знакомы проблемы с запуском, в особенности, если речь идет о регионах с экстремально холодными зимами.
Связано это с тем, что дизель более уязвим для холода, в сравнении с бензиновыми аналогами. В эксплуатационном плане никаких отличий нет, система также отвечает за предварительный прогрев, не дает густеть топливу и техническим жидкостям, циркулирующим в моторе.

Итак, с учетом всего вышесказанного, можно сделать вывод, что Вебасто – это крайне полезная система для автомобилей, эксплуатирующихся в России.
Да, она несколько увеличит топливный расход, но обеспечиваемые ей преимущества в виде сохранения ресурса мотора, максимального эксплуатационного комфорта выглядят куда более значительно.

Вебасто – двигателя автомобиля. Он разработан с ориентацией на суровый климат средних широт и позволяет перед запуском транспортного средства прогреть двигатель, кузов, салон, что, в свою очередь, приводит к комфортной температуре внутри автомобиля и очищенным ото льда стеклам.
Как пользоваться пультом вебасто
В европейской части мира такое устройство уже давно привычно для водителей, многие производители изначально предусматривают его установку в транспортное средство. Однако, российские автомобилисты устанавливают данный прибор самостоятельно.
Для того чтобы не столкнуться с мошенниками при установке данного оборудования в транспортное средство, необходимо запросить сертификат, который выдается представительством производителя в России. Стоит заметить, что сертификат имеет свой срок давности, поэтому, если данный документ в порядке – профессионалам можно довериться без опасений.
Для того, чтобы в полной мере оценить плюсы вебасто нужно правильно им пользоваться. Есть три способа управления данным устройством: пульт, таймер или мобильный телефон.
Таймер является самым простым и дешевым способом управления. Нужно будет всего лишь устанавливать время, например, выхода на работу и нужному моменту машина будет готова к дороге. Подогрев может работать до часа. Из минусов – не всегда люди пользуются транспортным средством в заданное время. Иногда нужно выйти раньше и застать холодную машину, или задержаться и в таком случае прибор проработает вхолостую.
Пульт дистанционного управления. Работает на расстоянии километра от машины, позволяет запускать вебасто в любое удобное время. Это удобно для деловых поездок и для тех, кто оставляет автомобиль рядом с домом. Из недостатков – пульт зависит от радиоволн. Если будут помехи – он может не сработать на привычном расстоянии. Это чревато холодным транспортным средством и потерей времени на его прогрев. Нужно обращать внимание на уровень сети.
Автомобилем можно управлять и при помощи мобильного телефона. Устанавливается программное обеспечение и системой можно управлять из любой точки земного шара. Для управления нужно просто отправить СМС и машина разогреется к нужному времени.
Еще одно удобство – таким образом, каждый член семьи сможет управлять транспортным средством при помощи телефона.
Для успешного использования вебасто нужно избегать физических повреждений конструкции: не стучать, не разбирать, не погружать в воду, не ударять током. Нежелательно использование вебасто при высокой влажности воздуха и при приличных температурах. Ради собственной безопасности, водителю запрещается пользоваться этим устройством в закрытых помещениях и заправках.
Допустимо использовать только топливо, указанное в инструкции. Для долгой и качественной службы прибора необходимо раз в месяц включать его при холодном моторе и низкой мощности вентилятора. Это профилактика поломок.
Кроме того, нельзя допускать непрерывную работу устройства дольше часа. Для того, чтобы вебасто не повлияла на заряд аккумулятора, его нужно выключать за несколько минут до выключения двигателя. Зимой вебасто обеспечивает пригрев транспортного средства, летом – обеспечивает вентиляцию.
Новый подогреватель обычно стоит в зимнем режиме. Нужно установить подогреватель в положении тепло. Если издаются посторонние звуки, или виден дым, система должна быть остановлена. Для этого есть блокировка. Вебасто работает в автоматическом режиме и сам выбирает оптимальный режим.
Вебасто на дизеле и бензине
Всего различается два вида подогревателей вебасто: воздушный и жидкостный. Первый тип нужно размещать непосредственно в салоне автомобиля. Второй – под капотом.
Первый тип обеспечивает лишь комфортную температуру салона, в то время как второй всей системы. Оба вида нуждаются в топливе, которое они могут черпать непосредственно из бака автомобиля. Воздушный обогреватель обеспечивает нужную температуру за счет нагрева топлива и дальнейшего его обдувания вентилятором.
Жидкостный вебасто подключается непосредственно к контуру охлаждения, собственным насосом выкачивает топливо в специальную камеру, где подвергается сгоранию. За счет энергии, высвободившейся из горения топлива, нагреваются керамические штифты о которые нагревается топливная жидкость. Затем она перенаправляется в двигатель.
Благодаря такой системе нагрева, вебасто может в короткие сроки прогреть все необходимые для движения автомобиля системы. Когда двигательная часть машины становится достаточно прогрета, включается вентилятор, способный прогнать тепло в салон.
Какой тип обогревателя выбрать зависит исключительно от автовладельца. К недостаткам первого типа можно отнести отсутствие прогрева двигательных систем машины. Все, что он может предоставить – теплый салон и чистые стекла. К недостаткам жидкостного вебасто можно отнести расход топлива, который повышается примерно на литр, расход электроэнергии и высокую стоимость самого устройства. К сожалению, ни один тип обогревателя не сможет помочь, если топливо уже замерзло.
Стоит ли сэкономленное время, удобный запуск, теплая машина этих недостатков и денег – судить только автовладельцу.
Можно ли пользоваться вебасто на ходу
Иногда возникает ситуация, в которой нельзя было включить обогреватель заранее. Возможно, это обусловлено забывчивостью или неожиданностью поездки, может быть, просто были заняты руки. Можно ли включать обогревать в едущем автомобиле? Эксперты положительно отвечают на данный вопрос. Данное устройство способно довести температуру двигателя до необходимой и когда он работает. Когда необходимая температура будет достигнута – вебасто прекратит свою работу.
