No operation is allowed before activation. You can also activate the video recorder via web browser, SADP or client software.

    Как подключить камеру Hiwatch

    В установке самой камеры нет ничего сложного — просто поставьте ее на то место, откуда собираетесь вести наблюдение. При необходимости зафиксируйте на специальные крепления. После установки камеры ее требуется активировать. Рассмотрим, как это сделать.

    Наиболее простой метод активации вашей камеры состоит в использовании инструмента, разработанного компанией для настройки IP-устройств видеонаблюдения — сетевого сканера SADP. Это приложение можно загрузить с нашего Яндекс.Диска. Принцип работы очень прост: подсоедините камеру к своему компьютеру или ноутбуку и дождитесь, пока она будет обнаружена программой. При запуске, SADP автоматически просканирует локальную сеть, ища подключенные устройства, которые затем будут отображены в основном окне программы.

    Начальное состояние камеры — «Неактивно». Выберите первую графу и справа появится окно, в котором вам нужно задать пароль для камеры (имейте в виду, это пароль для доступа к настройкам камеры, а не для личного кабинета).

    Также активацию можно провести через веб-интерфейс.

    Важно! Если камера была предоставлена Ростелекомом, веб-интерфейс камеры НЕ должен быть доступен. Если все же открывается начальная страница камеры, это значит, что ей необходимо обновить прошивку.

    Для входа в веб-интерфейс вы должны использовать IP-адрес, полученный камерой, а не тот, который указан в инструкции, входящей в комплект камеры (в брошюре обычно указывается 192.168.1.64).

    Как только вы перейдете на начальную страницу веб-интерфейса, вам будет предложено задать новый пароль. Нет необходимости вводить старый пароль, так как его и не существует, однако, если вдруг он есть, по умолчанию используется сочетание логин/пароль, вида admin/admin54321. После того как вы зададите новый пароль, ваша камера будет активирована.

    Привязка камеры к личному кабинету

    Вот инструкция:

    1. Активируйте камеру и готовьтесь привязать её к личному кабинету. Логин и пароль предоставляются оператором, в нашем случае — «Ростелеком». Перейдите на сайт camera.rt.ru и нажмите на «Личный кабинет», расположенный в верхнем правом углу.
    2. Вас перенаправят на страницу «Ростелеком Паспорт«. Здесь введите логин и пароль, предоставленные оператором «Ростелеком».
    3. В личном кабинете нажмите «Добавить оборудование». Добавление оборудования

    4. Во всплывающем окне сразу нажмите «Продолжить».
    5. Выберите способ подключения камеры. В нашем случае это «Ethernet». Выбор типа подключения

    6. Введите мак-адрес или серийный номер камеры (их можно найти с помощью программы SADP или на корпусе камеры). Ввод Mac-адреса

    7. Произойдет процесс привязки оборудования.
    8. После завершения этого недолгого процесса, камера будет добавлена в ваш личный кабинет.

    Если привязка не происходит, первоочередной задачей становится проверка подключения камеры к интернету. Привязка должна происходить, когда камера имеет доступ в интернет, и отсутствует блокировка портов 80 и 443.

    Как сбросить пароль камеры

    Если введенный пароль к камере Hiwatch не совпадает, скорее всего, при первоначальной активации камеры был установлен другой пароль. В интернете можно найти много инструкций по сбросу пароля с помощью инструмента SADP. В этом инструменте действительно присутствует функция «Forgot Password«. Однако дальнейшие шаги предполагают отправку XML-файлов в службу поддержки, которая может занять от одного часа до дня на сброс пароля. Это явно не наш вариант.

    Вместо этого мы будем придерживаться старого и надежного метода — полного сброса или «hard reset». После этого камера вернется в состояние «Inactive» (как показывает SADP), и при повторной активации вы сможете установить новый пароль.

    Как сбросить настройки к заводским на Hiwatch

    Чтобы выполнить полный сброс этой конкретной модели, необходимо ее разобрать, так как кнопка для сброса находится внутри корпуса.

    1. Отключите камеру от питания.
    2. Нажмите и удерживайте кнопку сброса.
    3. Включите питание камеры, продолжая удерживать кнопку сброса.
    4. Подождите примерно 10-12 секунд, а затем отпустите кнопку сброса.

    Определить, произошел ли сброс по индикаторам, может быть сложно, так как их поведение может быть нестабильным. Как уже упоминалось ранее, после сброса камера переходит в состояние «Inactive». Если камера остается активной после попытки сброса, попробуйте повторить процесс.
