Сименсоида : Gigaset 4010 Classic : 1. Общие слова?

Тестируемый аппарат ? Siemens Gigaset 4010 Classic ? позиционировался
фирмой-производителем как простой домашний телефон средней ценовой категории. Пик его
популярности пришелся на рубеж 2002-2003 годов; в то время розничная цена аппарата составляла
около $80.

Сименсоида : Gigaset 4010 Classic : 2. Открываем коробку, берем в руки?

4010 Classic выпускался в трех цветовых решениях ? черный (хотя на самом деле он
темно-темносиний, Midnightblue), бежевый (а точнее, желтовато-бежевый, цвета шампанского ? сам
цвет так и называется ? Champagner) и Glaciergreen ? на картинках он, однако, серый, а вживую
посмотреть на него, увы, не удалось ? в магазинах продавались преимущественно черные телефоны,
иногда встречались бежевые ? а с этими была напряженка.

Итак, весной 2003 года был приобретен аппарат бежевого цвета в большой оранжевой
коробке. Приносим домой, открываем коробку? Видим базу 4010 Classic, трубку 4000 Classic, два
никель-кадмиевых пальчиковых (AA/R6) аккумулятора Sanyo емкостью 700 мАч, клипсу для трубки
(почему-то черного цвета), миниатюрный трансформаторный блок питания и провод с двумя разъемами
RJ-11 по краям ? для подключения к телефонной линии. Все это хозяйство тоже почему-то черного
цвета, видимо, для контраста ? хотя почему бы не сделать все провода и клипсу светлыми ? мне
непонятно. Прилагается также замечательная подробная инструкция на русском языке ? в ней описаны
даже те функции, которых почему-то нет в тестируемом телефоне =))) Инструкция даже иллюстрирована;
забавные картинки, которыми предваряется каждый раздел, сильно напоминают рисунки знаменитого
Х.Бидструпа ? может, это он их и рисовал???

Итак, смотрим на базу. Трубка кладется на базу только в одном положении
(клавиатурой вверх), по-другому положить ее нельзя. При этом она фактически никак не закреплена ?
поэтому класть и снимать ее очень удобно, в отличие, например, от Panasonic?ов, которые вставить
в ?стакан? и достать оттуда не так-то просто. В общем, в том, как телефон лежит на базе, уже
чувствуется продуманность.

В базе есть пьезоизлучатель для воспроизведения мелодий звонка. Об этой
возможности мы подробнее расскажем ниже ? пока мы просто смотрим на базу и видим прорези в
верхней части корпуса ? но излучатель находится на под ними; его крошечная ?дырочка? находится
на обратной стороне базы; под прорезями на лицевой части корпуса нет ничего.

К сожалению, многие пользователи ? а к еще большему сожалению, и продавцы в
магазинах телефонов ? считают, что в этом телефоне нет функции поиска трубки ? потому что нет
кнопки. Но тут вспоминается известное: ?Видишь суслика? ? Не вижу ? И я не вижу. А он есть?.
Кнопка расположена на обратной стороне базы ? рядом с разъемами для подключения всех проводов.
Видите своеобразный ?лепесток?? Это и есть суслик. В смысле, кнопка.

База весьма кстати снабжена резиновыми ?ножками? ? благодаря этому она не скользит
по поверхности, на которой установлена.

Теперь давайте возьмем в руки трубку. Внешне она сильно напоминает мобильный
телефон Siemens 35-ой серии ? экран, под ним две клавиши-качели, в центре большая круглая клавиша
посыла вызова, справа ? клавиша отбоя и включения-выключения, слева ? клавиша доступа к записной
книжке. Ниже ? цифровые клавиши, еще ниже ? клавиши ?flash? и клавиша доступа к специальной
функции ?Call-by-Call? (о ней позже). Клавиши в телефоне резиновые. Эргономика клавиатуры
вызыввет только положительные эмоции ? большой размер клавиш, удобное расположение их по
отношению друг к другу, четкость нажатий? Лишь нижние клавиши, на мой взгляд, чересчур малы и
слишком глубоко утоплены внутрь корпуса ? однако есть подозрение, что это сделано специально
во избежание самопроизвольных нажатий ? увы, во время разговора иногда нажимаешь, например,
клавишу отбоя ? то ли щекой, то ли ухом? =))) Тем не менее для борьбы со случайными нажатиями
клавиш предусмотрена ручная блокировка клавиатуры.

В верхней части корпуса располагается прорезь, за которой скрываются динамик и
пьезоизлучатель, воспроизводящий мелодию звонка. Еще выше, с краю ? красный светодиод, загорающийся
при снятой трубке, перемещении по меню, а также при входящем звонке.

На обратной стороне трубки находятся аккумуляторный отсек, прикрытый сдвижной
крышкой. Доставать аккумуляторы пальцами из телефона крайне неудобно ? но не огорчайтесь, есть
замечательный способ ? открываете отсек, одной рукой беретесь за верхную часть телефона и слегка
ударяете тем местом, где расположен отсек, по ладони другой руки ? аккумуляторы оказываются на
ладони.

Сзади, как нетрудно догадаться, располагается и клипса, однако ее конструкция,
на мой взгляд, неудачная ? расстояние между клипсой и корпусом телефона очень малО, сама клипса
изогнутая ? в общем, попробуйте прицепить ее на ремень ? намучаетесь. И в итоге она в последний
момент еще и отщелкнется? В общем, отвратительная клипса. Не стоит на нее рассчитывать.

Сименсоида : Gigaset 4010 Classic : 3. Включаем телефон?

Пора, наконец, включить телефон? Первым делом, смотрим на дисплей. Дисплей здесь
один из самых простых ? не точечно-матричный, а многосегментный, вроде тех, что стоят в
калькуляторах ? хотя, конечно, посерьезнее ? 1 строка из 12 символов, каждый из которых
образуется из 14 сегментов + различные служебные значки (более полутора десятков). Подсветки
дисплея нет. Подсветки клавиатуры тоже нет. Вся ?подсветка? ? только маленький красный огонек ?
но он, видимо, сделан только для того, чтобы как-то сигнализировать о вызове при выключенном
звонке.

Теперь давайте ?пройдемся? по меню ? так легче запомнить и отметить все особенности
модели.

Итак, дисплей в режиме ожидания: в левом верхнем углу отображается порядковый
номер трубки на базе (всего база способна обслуживать до 6 трубок). В правом верхнем углу ?
индикатор заряда аккумулятора. Телефон умеет предупреждать о разряде аккумулятора противным
попискиванием, а также о начале зарядки ? когда кладешь телефон на базу, он издает приятный
курлычащий звук. Посередине экрана ? текущее время. Если включен будильник (о нем позже) ?
рядом отображается специальный символ, похожий на звездочку. Функции софт-клавиш обозначены
над ними ? в режиме ожидания крайняя левая открывает доступ к списку последних набранных номеров
(телефон помнит 5 штук), крайняя правая открывает доступ в меню, внутренняя правая позволяет
звонить на другие трубки, подключенные к базе (интерком), а внутренняя левая закреплена за
списком пропущенных вызовов и абсолютно бесполезна ? ибо работает только в том случае, когда
ваша АТС поддерживает функцию CallerID ? передачу номера звонящего между посылками оповещения
о входящем вызове (попросту ? между звонками). Поскольку наши АТС эту функцию не поддерживают,
в официальных партиях телефонов для России она отключена ? и не помогает даже адаптер ЕвроАОН,
с которым работают телефоны других производителей.

Отдельной кнопкой вызывается записная книжка. В нее можно сохранить до 20 номеров
с именами. Номер не может быть длиннее 22 цифр, имя не может быть длиннее 12 символов. Возможен
поиск по первой букве имени, а также копирование номера из списка набранных в записную книжку.
Удобство работы с записной книжкой оставляет желать лучшего ? пункт ?добавление новой записи?
спрятан в функциональное меню работы с существующими записями, а при редактировании существующей
записи телефон почему-то не заменяет старую запись, а создает еще одну ? в итоге старую приходится
удалять вручную, чтобы не путаться в двух похожих записях.

Итак, все же давайте зайдем в меню. Сразу следует отметить то, что язык меню может
быть практически любым ? увы, кроме русского?

Итак, пункт 2 ? будильник (почему-то пункта 1 нет ? видимо, он отключен в
официальной российской версии ? судя по инструкции, он позволяет управлять услугами сети ?
такими как перадресация, ожидание вызова и прочие; немцы нас явно недооценили, на некоторых
городских АТС эти услуги предоставляются уже не первый год). Так вот, будильник. Здесь можно
включить и выключить будильник, а также задать время его срабатывания. Звонит будильник каждый
день в указанное время ? в течение минуты играет мелодия вызова. Каких-либо дополнительных
настроек нет ? в общем, будильник примитивнейший ? но, кстати, работает и при выключенном
телефоне.

Пункт 3 ? настройка звуков. Здесь можно выбрать громкость звука в динамике
телефона (кстати, громкость ? достаточная, слышно все довольно отчетливо ? но такой ?сочности?,
как в мобильных телефонах Siemens, здесь не наблюдается. Если войти в меню во время разговора ?
то этот пункт будет первым в списке доступных. Тем не менее, делать ?потише? не рекомендую ? на
всех уровнях громкости, кроме максимального (а всего их целых два =))) слышимость заметно
ухудшается.

Далее идет настройка громкости звонка (5 уровней громкости плюс нарастающий).
Громкость звонка достаточная для того, чтобы услышать его в пределах комнаты ? даже если в комнате
довольно шумно ? но из соседней комнаты звонок, увы, не слышно.

Здесь же можно выбрать мелодию звонка ? одну из десяти. Речь идет только о мелодии
внешнего звонка, мелодия звонка с других телефонов, подключенных к базе, увы, не меняется.

Пункт 4 отсутствует ? и о нем нет ни слова в инструкции. Мне кажется, что этот
пункт появится при регистрации трубки на базе серии 4015 ? и позволит управлять встроенным в эту
базу автоответчиком.

Пункт 5 ? настройки базы. Здесь можно, во-первых, настроить громкость звонка базы
? помните, в ней ведь тоже есть излучатель? Те же 5 уровней громкости + нарастающий звонок, как и в
трубке. И также можно выбрать мелодию звонка ? одну из 10. Не обязательно, чтобы она совпадала с
мелодией трубки ? но когда они совпадают, а трубка лежит не на базе ? в помещении получается
любопытный стереоэффект. Кстати, на максимальной громкости база звонит громче, чем трубка ?
поэтому ее можно услышать и из-за стенки.

Здесь же задается время и дата. Что интересно ? так это то, что они не сбрасываются
после отключения питания базы. Вот только непонятно, для чего устанавливать дату ? она нигде не
отображается; разве что ее можно посмотреть в этом пункте меню. Есть 2 формата отображения времени ?
12-часовой и 24-часовой; выбирайте тот, который вам привычнее.

О возможности изменить PIN-код базы говорить, думаю, смысла нет, равно как и о том,
что можно сбросить все настройки базы (кстати, при этом обрываются все текущие разговоры).

В ?Дополнительных функциях? базы можно задать тип набора ? тоновый или импульсный,
задать интервал размыкания шлейфа абонентской линии при нажатии кнопки ?flash? (для разных АТС это
значение подбирается экспериментально, если, конечно, ваша АТС ? с программным управлением и знает,
что кратковременный разрыв шлейфа ? это не сигнал отбоя, а способ доступа к дополнительным услугам
станции типа той же переадресации). Еще есть пункт меню ?Репитер? — телефон поддерживает такое
устройство, как DECT-репитер ? поэтому при желании вы сможете приобрести несколько репитеров и
построить микросотовую сеть. Кстати, при включении и выключении этой функции также рвутся все
активные разговоры ? неплохой способ удаленно ?скинуть? с линии заговорившуюся жену, при котором
она решительно не понимает, в чем дело =)))

Пункт 6 ? ?Голосовая почта?.

В принципе, этот пункт не отличается от одноименного в большинстве мобильных
телефонов. Если у вас есть голосовой почтовый ящик ? то вы можете указать его номер и в дальнейшем
дозваниваться до него путем нажатия и удержания клавиши ?1?.

Пункт 7 ? ?Регистрация? — позволяет, введя PIN-код, зарегистрировать телефон на
другой базе. К сожалению, возможна одновременная ?прописка? трубки только на одной базе; на
нескольких базах сразу зарегистрировать телефон, увы, нельзя.

Отдельной кнопкой вызывается функция ?Call-by-Call?. Польза от нее следующая: в
Германии, например, для пользования услугами альтернативных операторов не нужно покупать карточки
и вводить PIN-коды ? достаточно набрать перед номером определенную комбинацию цифр ? потом оператор
просто выставит счет, т.е., разговоры осуществляются в кредит. Так вот, телефон умеет запоминать
эти самые комбинации цифр и вставлять их перед набираемым номером автоматически. В России от этой
возможности проку ровно ноль ? в кредит можно звонить только через ?8?, а запомнить одну цифру и
без телефона немудрено. Поэтому можно использовать эту память в качестве дополнительной записной
книжки ? у меня, например, в ней сохранены номера служб альтернативного дозвона на федеральные
номера сотовых операторов.

Сименсоида : Gigaset 4010 Classic : 4. Впечатления от использования

С момента покупки телефона прошло уже полтора года ? поэтому есть о чем сказать?

Конечно, про отсутствие подсветки дисплея и клавиатуры говорить не следует ? хотя
у конкурентов в этой ценовой категории она есть (правда, все эти конкуренты ? Voxtel, Alkotel ? не
всемирно известные бренды, в отлчие от Siemens). Тем не менее, можно было расположить тот же
светодиод рядом с дисплеем ? уже было бы хоть что-то?

Еще одна, на мой взгляд, недоработка ? для того, чтобы временно перейти в тональный
режим набора, нужно лезть в меню и выбирать там пункт ?Temp Tone? ? хотя почему бы не использовать
для этого нажатие клавиши ?*?, как в большинстве телефонов? Еще один недочет: звук нажатия клавиш ?
только щелчки; их не отключить (разве что только вместе со звуком) и не изменить на, например,
привычные DTMF-сигналы.

Есть еще одна особенность ? на координатных АТС ?Пентаконта? (в Петербурге их 4,
есть они и в других городах России) телефон работать не хочет категорически ? дело в том, что ?залп?
тональных сигналов, выдаваемых этими АТС сразу после набора номера, Сименс считает каким-то
управляющим сигналом и тут же ?кладет трубку?. Так что если у вас такая АТС ? увы и ах, не
получится у вас звонить с этого телефона. Кстати, узнать тип своей АТС можно в Интернете ? есть
несколько сайтов, содержащих такую информацию.

Приятный сюрприз ? когда внешняя линия кем-то занята, на дисплее вместо часов
отображается надпись ?Line in use? — на подавляющем большинстве других DECT-аппаратов ничего не
отображается, и пока не начнешь звонить и не услышишь сигнал ?Занято? от базы ? и не узнаешь, что
поговорить не удастся.

Еще один приятный сюрприз ? когда переводишь внешний звонок с одной внутренней
трубки на другую ? абонент на другом конце провода слышит не тишину, а приятную мелодию.

С базой прекрасно уживаются другие аппараты ? Panasonic KX-A115 и British Telecom
Synergy 2120 ? разумеется, поддерживаются только основные функции телефонов; никаких часов,
будильников, управления базой при этом нет ? да, в общем-то, это и не нужно, достаточно одной
?родной? трубки. Кстати, следует отметить, что выбор в качестве базы Siemens 4010 Classic не
случаен ? во-первых, она обеспечивает наилучшее качество звука по сравнению с двумя другими
(BT откровенно шумит, кроме того, говорящий слышит в трубке сам себя с небольшой задержкой;
Panasonic ?тих? ? приходится кричать, чтобы тебя слышали); во-вторых, в ней качественно реализован
импульсный набор (BT не до конца разрывает шлейф при наборе ? поэтому иногда АТС не воспринимает
набор вообще ? длинный гудок, сигнал готовности станции, не пропадает; Panasonic набирает номер
слишком быстро ? случаются ошибки). Кроме того, Panasonic не всегда воспринимает входящие звонки.
Впрочем, если быть честным до конца ? Siemens тоже иногда их игнорирует, но существенно реже.

Следует упомянуть о качестве приема. Исходные данные: база находится на 4 этаже
кирпичного дома на столе в 1 метре от окна. На лестничных клетках 3, 4 и 5 этажей качество приема
не вызывает нареканий. На 6 этаже начинается выпадение фреймов, на 7 этаже телефон теряет связь с
базой. Однако при движении вниз вплоть до 1 этажа связь не рвется, хотя фреймы выпадают. На улице
(сторона, противоположная той, куда выходят окна) фреймы перестают выпадать; однако, если дойти до
торца дома ? связь теряется. С той стороны дома, на которую выходят окна, связь гораздо надежнее;
покрытие распространяется до дома на противоположной стороне улицы (до него ровно 100м), в стороны ?
до 150..180м. Зона покрытия выделена на рисунке серым цветом.

Одним словом, дальность отличная и практически соответствует заявленной (до 300м
на открытом воздухе ? однако, учтите, что база стоит в помещении в метре от окон, кроме того, во
всей исследуемой зоне растет большое количество деревьев).

В обычном режиме эксплуатации (20 минут разговоров в день, телефон хранится не на
базе, аккумуляторы полуторалетней давности) телефон приходится заряжать приблизительно 1 раз в 5-6
дней. Это, конечно же, тоже очень хороший показатель.

Для домашнего телефона также важен такой показатель, как форма и качество
материала корпуса. Форма телефона позволяет с комфортом зажать его плечом как в рекламе тарифного
плана ?Би+Бум? (разъема для гарнитуры и громкой связи нет ? поэтому используем ?хендсфри по-русски?),
а что касается качества материала ? телефон неоднократно подвергался различным механическим
воздействиям ? и, как видно на фотографиях, они каким-то особым образом на целостность корпуса
и работоспособность телефона не повлияли.

Резюме: 4010 Classic ? добротный надежный удобный домашний радиотелефон среднего
уровня ? пусть даже он слегка функционально ограничен, но, тем не менее, до сих пор актуален.
Взгляните на новые модели Siemens ? например, Gigaset A200 ? фактически, тот же аппарат, только
в другом корпусе (и, кажется, в нем уже есть русское меню). Одним словом, платформа проверена
временем ? и, кажется, проживет еще долго?
