Хочу поблагодарить автора vidokss. Как это ни странно, но к письму меня сподвиг его недавний обзор спиннинга. Я его сперва прочитал, закрыл и подумал- черт возьми, что это было? Через некоторое время открыл снова. Кроме слова «спиннинг» и того, что это как-то связано с рыболовлей, всё остальное для меня было каким-то эльфийским наречием. И даже последующие комментарии ясности не внесли. Мне стало ясно, что в современном рыболовецком ремесле я не понимаю ровным счетом ничего. В лечении зубов понимаю гораздо больше.

Обзоров китайской стоматологической техники «кот наплакал». Она как бы есть, но «правильные» стоматологи её не жалуют, говорить о ней не принято, а уж обозревать- чур меня! Где-то на специализированных форумах кое-что и проскакивает, но это такие крохи, которые, ко всему прочему, заклёвываются «гуру» и их последователями. Данный девайс, так вообще, обозревается впервые. Благословите, люди добрые, на доброе повествование.

Так уж получилось, что мне с детства хотелось посвятить себя медицине, а точнее ее отдельной отрасли-стоматологии. И пока шел долгим и тернистым путем к осуществлению своей детской мечты, представлял себя неким «сферическим стоматологом в вакууме». Тогда мне многое было неведомо. Но потом, уже в процессе обучения, оказалось, что стоматологи, оказывается, бывают разные. Есть терапевты, ортопеды, хирурги, детские и ортодонты. Но даже среди этих, казалось бы узких специализаций, есть еще неофициальные ответвления, в которых доктора оттачивают свое мастерство. Так, например, терапевт-стоматолог может быть реставратором-эстетистом, восстанавливая разрушенные зубы прямо в полости рта из композитного материала( в народе именуемые световыми

пломбами). Также существуют еще и люди, к числу которых могу причислить и себя, именуемых эндодонтами или эндодонтистами. Это именно те «джеки», которые, вооружившись россыпью разноцветных иголочек, потрошат зубы, с целью добыть из них нервы, чтобы с радостью помахать ими перед носом у испуганного пациента.

Краткий экскурс в строение зуба

Зуб -это орган, находящийся в ротовой полости. Зуб состоит из коронковой части и корневой. Коронка зуба покрыта эмалью. Это самая твердая, но довольно хрупкая полупрозрачная ткань в организме человека. Под эмалью находится дентин, который по структуре напоминает плотную кость и является поддержкой для эмали. Также дентин питает эмаль и в основном определяет цвет зуба. Кроме того в дентине есть огромное количество дентинных канальцев. В них циркулирует жидкость и находятся отростки особых клеток — одонтобластов. Эти клетки как некие маячки передают импульсы при раздражении или повреждении их отростков ( чувство оскомы- и есть это раздражение ). Корни зубов состоят из наружной части-цемента и внутренней-также дентина. Зуб-орган полый и пространство внутри него заполнено пульпой или сосудисто-нервным пучком, а в народе именуемое нервом. Этот самый нерв входит через дырочки в верхушке корня и пролегает на протяжении всего канала до пульпарной камеры, расположеной в коронковой части. Именно за счет пульпы осуществляется питание зуба, а также болевая, температурная и тактильная чувствительность.

Конечно, понятие «лечение зубов», довольно широкое. Я не хотел бы лить воду, стремясь рассмотреть все аспекты, но хотя бы поверхностное изучение вопроса болезней зубов, позволяет дать ответ, нафига я все-таки купил эту «балалайку».

Причины, по которым приходится забираться в каналы, весьма разнообразны. Но разделить их можно на причины воспалительного происхождения и невоспалительного.
Воспалительные процессы также разделяются на ограниченые полостью зуба-это пульпиты; и вышедшие за пределы зуба-это периодонтиты. При пульпитах нерв чаще всего еще «живой», а при периодонтитах-уже разложился и просвет канала кишит бактериями.
При невоспалительных процессах нервы удаляют после острых травм, а также вынужденно при протезировании перед обточкой зубов под коронки.
Обрабатывают каналы ручными инструментами, которые имеют вид булавок с режущими кромками и разноцветными ручками и называются «файлами».Также пользуются машинными инструментами, в основном изготовленными из никельтитанового сплава. Они обладают высокой гибкостью, по сравнению с остальными ручными инструментами, и позволяют проникать даже в весьма искривленные каналы. Машинные инструменты фиксируются в наконечнике эндомотора.Каждый уважающий себя крупный производитель стомат инструментов и материалов разрабатывает собственные системы NiTi файлов, которые могут иметь различные рисунки сечения, рекомендованные скорости вращения и торки. По способу вращения файлы делят на ротационные ( вращение только по часовой стрелке) и реципрокные( вращение в обе стороны с разными углами, например 120 градусов на 60).

Покупка состоялась 9 мая 2017 на аукционном лоте.Ссылка дана на фиксированный лот у того же продавца.Посылка получена 7 июня 2017 в Химках.
Фотографий посылки не сохранилось, но в памяти всплывают виды почтового серо-черного пакета, в котором находидась коробка, замотанная в пару метров мягкой упаковочной ленты и такого же мешочка.
Коробка из белого ламинированного картона с изображением прибора на лицевой стороне и описанием характеристик на тыльной. Не хватает только значка MI. Вместо него красуется наклейка с надписью ENDOMOTOR T-Fine-1PRO. Сбоку еще две наклейки с обозначением цвета и штрих-кодом с номером чего-то там.

По факту этот эндомотор является клоном японского NSK EndoMate TC2 в вольном переводе, так сказать. Вот только стоимость японца в пять раз выше.
Коробка была запаяна прозрачной клееночкой.

Внешний вид

Эндомотор представляет собой рукоять с пристегивающимся к ней металлическим наконечником. Рабочая часть наконечника с небольшой головкой, на которой располагается кнопка фиксации файлов и отверстие, куда эти файлы вставляются.
В хвостовой части расположены крепления к рукояти эндомотора и видна шестерня редуктора, на которую передается вращение и затем преобразуется в зависимости от передаточного числа.
Мотор имеет экран и панель управления с пятью кнопками. Экран без подсветки. Выше находится отдельная кнопка «пуск».
На задней поверхности расположена крышка, под которой прячется аккумуляторная батарея.Крышка фиксируется винтом, шахта закрыта резиновой заглушкой. Выше находится еще одна заглушка винта, скрепляющего корпус. В целом собран плотно, при сдавливании не хрустит и не скрипит. Обработка ядрёными антисептиками на состояние пластика не повлияла.Имеется разъем для присоединения подсветки.Место крепления наконечника- металлическое. Нижняя поверхность плоская, имеет 2 позолоченых контакта для зарядки в док-станции.Они, хотя и расположены немного кривовато, но на качество контакта не влияет. В док-станции мотор держится не жестко, просто ставится и всё. Док-станция лёгкая, опирается на четыре резиновых ножки. Когда мотор помещен в нее, есть риск опрокидывания, нужно будет подумать над утяжелением.

Выбор режимов работы и настройка
Мотор включается и выключается путем длинного нажатия на кнопку включения. появляется индикация на экране. Каждое нажатие на кнопку сопровождается коротким звуковым сигналом.

Переключение режимов происходит циклически нажатием на кнопку «Р».
Кнопка «S» позволяет изменять значения скорости и торка. При нажатии на нее начинает мигать изменяемый параметр. Увеличение или уменьшение осуществляется кнопками со стрелочками «вверх» и «вниз».
Если мотор не используется, то через 3 минуты происходит его автоматическое выключение.

Это второй купленый мною на Ebay эндомотор. Первый, купленый лет пять назад, был довольно громоздким, но имел встроенный апекслокатор. Хоть он и работает по сей день, но мне захотелось большей портативности и реципрока. Взгляните, какая разница в габаритах.

И это еще в кадре не фигурирует педаль и кабель апекслокатора!
Пора подвести итоги.
В работе «жезл» показал себя достойно, автореверс срабатывает чётко, не допуская заклинивания файла в канале. Лёгкий, рука не утомляется, позволяет чувствовать давление на канал. Пристегивающаяся подсветка-приятное дополнение, но я им не пользуюсь, надобности в настоящее время в этом нет, света от дентального микроскопа хватает. Аккумулятора хватает надолго, с мая заряжал 4 раза. Адаптер и кабель выдают обещаные параметры.
А вот что напрягает, так это автоотключение через 3 минуты бездействия. Никак не привыкну, мало. Отсутствие подсветки дисплея тоже запишу в минус, видимость не ахти. Может кто присоветует, как приколхозить туда ловчее лампочку. Док-станция требует утяжеления.
Внимание! Фотографии для обзора сняты на телефон. Обстановка-рабочая, на салфетках масляные пятна от смазки подвижных частей. Кровь и прочие биологические жидкости из этических соображений не публикую.
