Сварочный аппарат для конденсаторной cварки (cd) CDi 1502 HBS и пистолет С 08 предназначены для приварки к тонколистовому металлу толщиной от 0,5 мм и более шпилек М3-М6, в некоторых случаях М8; иного специализированного крепежа: втулок, контактов заземления, шпилек с увеличенным фланцем.

Очень удобен для приварки гвоздей диаметром 2-3 мм для фиксации теплоизоляции к воздуховодам систем вентиляции, кондиционирования и отопления.

Привариваемый крепеж может быть выполнен из следующих материалов: низкоуглеродистая сталь, нержавеющая сталь, латунь, алюминий.

В аппарате для конденсаторной сварки HBS CDi 1502 применяется эффективная технология инверторно-конденсаторной зарядки, благодаря чему на 30 % снижается потребление энергии и достигается высокая производительность – до 40 привариваемых шпилек М3 в минуту.

Не требует специальной подготовки операторов. Простое управление с помощью понятного меню и простых настроек цифрового дисплея и светодиодов. Цифровой дисплей позволяет задавать сварочные режимы простым выбором диаметра крепежа. Функция самодиагностики в случае неисправности выводит на цифровой дисплей коды ошибок.

Чрезвычайно долгий срок службы и высокий уровень безопасности оборудования благодаря тщательно продуманной, надежной и функциональной конструкции:
— современный микроконтроллер
— система автоматического контроля конденсаторного разряда обеспечивает стабильное высокое качество приварки
— непрерывная автоматическая регулировка напряжения и зарядка через устройство накопления величины заряда защищают оборудование от скачков напряжения в сети
— максимально возможная в своем классе влагозащита IP23, позволяет использовать оборудование в закрытых помещениях и на открытом воздухе
— автоматические системы воздушного охлаждения и защиты от перегрева обеспечивают поддержание температурного режима работы оборудования
— повышенная защита электронных компонентов от загрязнения
— запас энергии + 20 % к заявленным характеристикам
— противоударная конденсаторная батарея и отсутствие контакта конденсаторов с корпусом устройства делают невозможным короткое замыкание.
