It is recommended that 1 pound of Aureomycin 100 Granular Type A Medicated Article be diluted with 3 pounds of one of the feed ingredients to form a 4 pound working premix. Use 2 pounds of the working premix to make a preblend (see Use directions) for a Type C feed containing 50 g Aureomycin chlortetracycline / ton of feed.

Withdrawal Periods And Residue WarningsNo withdrawal period is required when used according to labeling. This drug is not approved for use in female dairy cattle 20 months of age or older, including dry dairy cows. Use in these cattle may cause drug residues in milk and/or in calves born to these cows. A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal. Do not feed to ducks or turkeys producing eggs for human consumption. |

Ауреомицин
Ауреомицин (Aureomycin) — 1% глазная мазь для ветеринарного применения.
Обладает широким спектром действия на микробы, грамм- и грам+ микроораганизмы. Применяется при кератитах, конъюнктивитах, блефаритах, инфекциях вызванных Moraxella bovis, при кератоконъюнктивитах, гнойных накожных инфекциях. Используется для лечения отитов и профилактики в послеоперационный период.
В одном грамме мази содержится 10 мг. хлортетрациклина гидрохлорида. Выпускается в тюбиках по 3, 5 грамма. Один тюбик может использоваться для лечения только одного животного и должен быть использован в течение месяца.
Действие препарата локально, он оказывает выраженное бактериостатическое действие.
Ауреомицин предназначен для всех видов продуктивных и домашних животных. Ограничений во время беременности и лактации нет. Повышенная чувствительность к хлортетрациклину является противопоказанием к применению мази.

. Chlortetracyclinum.
Синонимы: биомицин,
ауреомицин,
ксантомицин и др.
Выпускают в виде основания и хлористо-водородной соли (гидрохлорида).
Свойства.
Желто-золотистый кристаллический порошок,
горького вкуса,
без запаха. Растворимость основания в воде до 0,6 мг (при температуре 25°С),
хлортетрациклина гидрохлорида — 13 мг/мл (при 18°С). Антибиотик наиболее активен в кислой среде (рН 3,0-4,0),
в щелочной разрушается. В сухом виде хлортетрациклин сохраняет свою активность длительное время.
Его активность равна 900 ЕД/мг.
Форма выпуска.
Выпускают хлортетрациклин в порошке,
таблетках и капсулах по 100 мг (100 тыс. ЕД) или 250 мг (250 тыс.
ЕД). Кроме того,
изготавливают таблетки хлортетрациклина с нистатином,
содержащие 200 тыс. ЕД первого и 100 тыс. ЕД второго,
а также таблетки антибиотика по 100 тыс. ЕД с витаминами: аскорбиновой кислотой — 50 мг,
тиамина хлоридом — 5 мг и рибофлавином — 2 мг. Их следует назначать для профилактики возможных осложнений и побочных явлений при длительном лечении хлортетрациклином.
Действие и применение.
Хлортетрациклин обладает широким спектром проти-вомикробного действия.
Активен по отношению к микроорганизмам,
устойчивым к пенициллину и стрептомицину. Показания к применению те же,
что и для тетрациклина и окситетрациклина. Весьма эффективен как лечебное и профилактическое средство при пуллорозе цыплят,
пастереллезе,
тифе,
ларинготрахеите,
респираторном микоплазмозе и других заболеваниях животных. Назначают препарат внутрь или внутримышечно.
Хлортетрациклин — один из активных стимуляторов роста молодняка животных.
Антибиотик хорошо всасывается из желудочно-кишечного тракта и довольно быстро проникает в органы и ткани.
Максимальная концентрация его создается уже через 2 часа после введения.
Хлортетрациклин поступает в сыворотку крови,
печень,
легкие,
почки,
селезенку,
яичники,
меньше — в мышцы и костный мозг,
в головном и спинном мозге не обнаруживается. Бактериостатическая доза (0,04 мкг/мл) сохраняется в крови до 8 часов.
Повышением дозы вводимого препарата не удается удлинить время его нахождения в организме,
при этом концентрация увеличивается в первые часы после введения.
При применении хлортетрациклина с водой создается более высокий уровень его в организме,
чем при даче с кормом.
Хлортетрациклин применяют для лечения инфекционных желудочно-кишечных заболеваний животных: диспепсии,
дизентерии,
пастереллеза,
сальмонеллеза,
колибактериоза,
гастроэнтероколитов,
кокцидиоза,
пуллороза птиц,
колипаратифозной инфекции. Его назначают при лептоспирозе,
некробациллезе,
сибирской язве,
Ку-лихорадке,
роже свиней,
листериозе,
газовом отеке,
мыте лошадей,
респираторном микоплазмозе,
плевропневмонии овец,
коз,
копытной гнили овец,
чуме собак.
Хлортетрациклин рекомендуют при сепсисе,
гнойном плеврите и перитоните,
инфекционном стоматите и рините пушных зверей. Применяют при вагинитах,
эндометритах,
циститах,
уретритах. Наружно назначают при пиодермитах,
ожогах кожи,
флегмонах,
абсцессах,
фурункулезах,
дерматитах,
при раневых инфекциях и для профилактики послеоперационных осложнений.
Его используют при воспалениях слизистых оболочек рта,
глаз,
носа,
горла,
глотки.
Дозы
внутрь
(мг/кг массы животного): лошадям 5-8; крупному рогатому скоту 10-20; овцам 10-20; свиньям 15-25; собакам 10-15; курам 20-50; индейкам 20-40; пушным зверям 20-30 — по 2 раза в сутки 5-7 дней;
внутримышечно
(мг на 1 кг массы) свиньям 10-15; телятам 10 по 1-2 раза в день.
Наружно применяют в виде 1-2 % водной взвеси и присыпок.
Действие хлортетрациклина усиливается (синергидный эффект) при комбинировании его с экмолином,
пенициллином,
стрептомицином и сульфаниламидными препаратами.

Применяют при конъюнктивитах, кератитах, блефаритах, кератоконъюнктивитах, инфекциях вызванных Moraxella bovis, накожных гнойных инфекциях (дерматитах, импетиго, нарывах), для лечения наружных отитов, а также для профилактики в послеоперационном периоде. Дозировка: Наносят до 1/4 тюбика (в соответствии с размерами животного) один раз в день на веко каждого инфицированного глаза. Повторно применяют каждые 24 часа, а при необходимости чаще, до полного выздоровления. Для лечения дерматитов, язв, внешних инфекций глаз, слухового прохода и препуциального мешка мазь наносят один или больше раз в сутки, непосредственно на инфицированные места. В течение послеоперационного периода на оперированную область наносят тонкий слой мази, таким образом, создают хорошую антибактериальную защиту. Противопоказания: Не применять для животных с повышенной чувствительностью к хлортетрациклину. Предосторожности: Открытый тюбик необходимо использовать на протяжении месяца.
